Many things have happened in the past few months. The wedding preparations are almost finished.

Seriously, who would've thought that planning your own wedding would require so much time and energy? Even so, I had plenty of time to make important decisions. One of them is what I'm about to tell everyone.

I told Sofia that I wanted to speak with her about something serious after finishing all of my classes with Luke. She seemed worried, but she sat on the sofa and waited for me to speak. I waited for a few more minutes until the door finally opened.

"Oh, there you are." I said to Asher, who had just walked in. "Now that you're both here, I suppose it's time for me to start." I paused for a long time, struggling to keep my cool. I was so nervous to tell them about this right now. Even Asher is unaware because I kept it a secret from him.

I hesitated, cleared my throat, then added, "First, I have to apologize for not mentioning this earlier as this may be bothersome for both of you." I stood right in front of them.

I paused once I noticed their expression change. They seemed more worried than before. "Let's not waste any more time." I paused again and added, "I'm going to start working as a middle school teacher." I smiled as I said the last word, but they didn't respond this time. They remained silent for a long time. I grew even more tense. Until they exchanged glances before standing up and hugging me.

"I knew you could do it." Sofia stated it while jumping and hugging me.

"Congratulations. You deserve it." Asher said as they both tightened their hug. I can't take any more breaths.

"Guys, guys. I can't breathe." I said it out of breath. They finally released me and we started laughing at how childish we are.

"In fact, the middle school where I'll be working is the same one that we attended." I said it as I waited for his response. He smiled warmly, revealing his dimples.

"You wished to remember our memories. Right?" He asked, and I nodded in response.

"I'm madly in love with you." He confessed while giving my hand a gentle squeeze. I blushed at his unexpected words and actions. Sofia cleared her throat, and we realized we weren't alone.

I glanced at the both of them then said, "I'm glad to have you in my life." I smiled at my own words. They did the same thing.

"Now it's time to celebrate!" Sofia yelled, then walked to the kitchen, leaving us alone.

I turned to look at him, but he was already staring at me. I can't even put into words what his hazel eyes do to me. I melt from the inside every time he looks at me like that, as if he never wants to look away.

I felt obligated to ask, so I said, "What are you looking at?" He answered while keeping eye contact with me. "The most beautiful woman I've ever seen." He replied with another heartwarming smile.

"Can we get married already?" He asked. I laughed at his random question. "Don't worry, there's very little time left." I reminded him.

"Hey, you two. Come over here." Sofia called from the kitchen.

"We should probably go." I said. He took the chance and held my hand in his, gently guiding me to the kitchen while saying, "Yes, we should."
