Vada's usual activities after school consist of laying in bed and complaining to her roommate, Enid, all about the day's worst moments. Surprisingly, Vada is excited to do so today considering she is having one of the worst days in the history of her 15 years. "Enid? Where are you?" She asks, eyes wandering around their dorm as she enters.

"I'm right here, roomie! Did you hear the news? We're getting a new student!" The werewolf bounces around, barely able to hide her excitement much longer. "And I heard Ms Thornhill and Principal Weems say they were probably going to be putting her in our room since its the biggest in Ophelia Hall." She squeals out.

Vada's complaining must have to wait now and she isn't very happy about that. What is she to do? Wait around with Enid and chat about their newest roommate? That thought almost brings tears to her eyes thinking of the torture. "I didn't hear that, but thank you for screaming it in my ear, Enid." She says simply, moving to take a seat on her bed. There has been an empty bed in the bottom corner of the room since the beginning of the semester but she never thought they would actually put three girls together.

A knock sounds against the door and in walks Principal Weems looking as beautiful as ever. Everyone in school had agreed a while ago that Ms. Weems is something godly. Vada looks up and watches the Principal lead a young girl and her parents into the room. She is very pale and serious, as are her mother and father despite having a little more color.

The man standing behind the teen furrows his brows in a small form of disgust when he lays eyes on Enid's section of the room. "Its so.. vivid.." He says, clearly not knowing how else to describe it.

Vada agrees with the man in her head. She has never seen something so vivid before being paired as Enid's roommate.

Principal Weems smiles and looks at Enid who is typing on her computer, probably the Nevermore blog she devotes the majority of her free time to.

Enid stands and smiles as she makes her way over to the teen girl. She does a little skip that Vada almost throws up at before excitedly beginning to greet the girl. "Howdy, Roomie!"

Ms. Weems smiles as she stands beside the teen at the door. "Wednesday, this is Enid Sinclair." She says softly before turning towards Vada's side of the room. Vada stands and walks to join in standing beside Enid. Weems looks at Vada expectantly, nodding her head to insinuate she wants her to greet Wednesday. Vada stands silently so Weems has to clear her throat again to speak. "This is your other roommate, Vada Morningstar." She smiles at Wednesday but the smile is not returned.

Enid is quick to jump in though, having clearly been staring at Wednesday. "Are you feeling okay? You look a little pale.." She informs the girl. Judging by how pale her mother is, it must run in the family.

"Wednesday always looks half dead." The man informs with a soft tone. Enid makes a small sound of understanding before moving in to hug the girl. "Welcome to Ophelia Hall!" Wednesday moves back a little causing Enid to drop her arms back to her sides. "Oh.. not a hugger. Got it. Neither is Vada."

"You'll have to excuse Wednesday, she's allergic to color." The woman finally speaks from behind her daughter.

"What happens to you?" Enid inquires curiously. Wednesday continues to deadpan her, staring into her soul it seems. "I break into hives and the flesh peels from my bones." She answers with no emotion in her speaking either. Vada can't help a small smile that comes to her face when she sees that Enid truly believes Wednesday. Some would call her naive.
