Our first days at university would lead us to meeting some new friends, as well as others who had been friends with the two of us for a long time. It was nice being able to hit it off straight away, and it would make our lives at university all the more bearable. Now, don't get me wrong, I like my life there, but sometimes, the work can be a bit cumbersome.
As mentioned earlier, me and Mami were in German class together, and just as we had hoped, we sat next to each other. We soon proved to be of great help to each other, especially when it came to writing essays. I would often help Mami keep track of key points since her memory isn't as good as mine, but at the same time, the way she presented her work was nothing short of outstanding in my eyes. Nevertheless, we made a good team, and my peers and even the teacher thought so too.
Now, back to friends. There's too many to list, but I'll name a few.

The first was Yoshiaki Kibe, though, we just call him Kibe for simplicity's sake. He's pretty fun to be around, especially when he talks to others about relationships. He often does so in a very silly, but encouraging way. He has a part-time job at a liquor store, Kinoshita Sake Shop, and he often comes in whenever they need help with anything.

Next was Shun Kuribayashi, or simply Shun. He's kinda like Kibe, though he isn't as much of a talker as he is. A soft-spoken type if you will. Nevertheless, we got along splendidly.

And lastly, someone only I have met, Kazuya Kinoshita, sometimes known as Kazu. He's Kibe's childhood friend, and he's majoring in Business Administration. He's also quite fun to be around, but not for the reason you think. He's been known to be somewhat indecisive, which can lead him to trouble. At least, that's what I heard... Nevertheless, we're still friends.
