I hurried home. I've got a date! I've got a date! I've got a date! I've got a date!
I thought skipping around the table like I was mentally unstable. But wait a minute...did I really like him? No...maybe...I'm only doing this because I don't want to ruin our friendship. Or am I doing this because I've never had a date and I'm curious? Oh geez!
I heard my dad rolling around upstairs. I winced. I really hope he doesn't wake!
I tiptoed into my room. Safe at last! I fell on my bed and stared at the ceiling. Time to get ready!
I put on a green dress with matching shoes. Then I out on a bit of makeup. There! I hope he will like me...NO I MUST STOP THINKING ABOUT HIM!
A knock startled me. It came from downstairs.
I ran down and opened the door. Quentin was standing there. "Is it true your going on a date?" He asked meanly. "Yeah why?"
"Don't!" "Why?" "Because I said so!" "Whatever." I turned to close the door. But he placed his hand on it. "IF YOU GO OUT WITH ANYBODY THAN I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU!"
I stuck out my tongue. "I'm going out with Liam!" He froze. "LIAM YOU FUCKER!" He slammed the door shut, clumsily I tripped and slammed into the vase. I gasped as it toppled down to the floor.
A crash sounded through the house. I heard a yell. "LUNA! COME!" I winced. My father!
I went into his room. "Yes father..." He was breathing like a buffalo. "Shut up! Shut the hell up!" I gulped. "Yes father." "Get out!" I ran out.
Than I got a text. It was from Liam.
Liam: shit help! Quentin is so mad!
Me: hang tight I'm coming where are you?
Liam: outside your house.
I ran outside. But he wasn't outside my house. He was in the middle of the road. Quentin and Liam were yelling at each other.
"Stop!" I said pulling them apart. Quentin turned his anger towards me. Liam looked very relieved.
"Stop fighting! So what if I want I go out with Liam! I'm no your pet! You don't control me! I can date who I want! Get out of here!" Quentin glared and then stomped away.
I looked at Liam. I rushed forwards. "Liam I am so sorry!" He smiled. "I-it's okay." He looked into my eyes. He leaned forwards.
I backed away.
He stared. "Luna?"
"I...can't!"
