A got up feeling nice and refreshed. Maybe I should take therapy. I snorted, that's not a maybe, that's a definitely. But I can't pay anyone for it. Maybe Quentin or someone else could help. Or maybe I would have to quit school and work double time. That meant flirting with total strangers. Somehow I liked the idea of begging on the streets better then flirting with strangers.

I got dressed in a red tee-shirt and jeans. I even added a bit of mascara.

Once at school I earned a few looks. Benjamin was speechless. Liam wasn't talking to me. I sat next to Quentin and Benjamin as usual.

"Hi guys!" I said. Benjamin smiled at me. "Hey! I heard you and Liam had a bad date! I could take you on a better one!" I chuckled nervously. "Nah I'm good for dates now." I really don't want anyone butting in on my personal life.

I glanced at Quentin and saw he was smiling to himself. He was kind of hot when he actually smiled. He was drawing someone on a piece of paper. "Who's that?" I asked.

He blushed and put the paper away. "No one." He mumbled.

Somehow I don't think it was no one.

At lunch I thought Liam deserved an apology.

I marched up to him. His eyes avoided mine. "Liam...I'm really sorry..." He finally looked up. "I shouldn't have run. I just didn't expect you to kiss me."

He nodded. "I'm sorry I was so forward." I shook my head. "No need to apologize." He grinned. "So does that mean if I kissed you now you would be okay with it?"

I glanced over at Quentin. "Uh maybe not. I'm just trying to get used to my new school." "Ah!" He shook his head in an understanding way, I hope he's not mad. "Well your doing better then me!"

"What do you mean?" "I threw up the first day here. On the principals shoes." "Ew!" "I know! Ever since the principal has avoided me."

We talked all day. He's still funny.

It felt nice to finally be friends again.

After all my life was a whole lot better now that I was going here!
Or that was at least what it seemed like at the time.
