That was the worst moment of my life

The moment my life didn't matter anymore because the thing I cared about most

Was gone

Jack POV

At 2:42AM

The beeping stopped

The MOST important thing in my life

Stopped

Mathew pov

I walked up to the podium and looked out to see the many of sorrowful faces, then said the words I thought I never would.

"I want to tell you something about an amazing person, a daughter ,a sister,... a best friend,...my best friend, Madison Espinosa " I took a deep breath feeling the tears starting to brim my eyes,

"Me and Madison were twins, so we naturally had that bond that some people could only wish for, me and Madison were always known as the M&M's by our family , and I remember when we were little Madison would get upset about me eating M&M's because she thought I was eating our twin friendship away, I remember when we would be angry at each other I would go and buy a pack of M&M and eat them right in front of her just to push her buttons ," I chuckle at the end remembering this "I haven't eaten an M&M in ten years"i look up at the crowd and notice a few small smiles, remembering Madison and how great she was the last time they saw her
"The last year or so of Madison's life were not the best a person could wish for but she.... she handled it better than anyone I know would,but she wasn't as happy as she could be , she wouldn't say it or even show it , but ... I saw. I admit .... I wasn't the best twin recently and I regret every moment of it, when Madison died of the infection in her brain , she had loss of memory, she didn't remember anything from the last year or so , she remembered having her best friends and having a twin that loved her unconditionally ..... and I still do. she remembered all the good stuff.all the things that made her happy ...not sad " I look over at the boys to see them all crying.
"Madison was the best twin anyone could ask for, when you saw her you couldn't have helped but smile, she just put off so much positive energy , she was loved by many and disliked by very few , If you had her as a friend .. you....you would do anything not to lose her , she was the best friend anyone could have asked for ..... she will be dearly missed" with that I walked off of the stage with tears running down my face

I can't believe she is gone
