You, Hu Tao and Ganyu were sitting at a little table near a window, both your friends were discussing their plans for winter break that was a week away. Obviously you yourself weren't paying much attention to their conversation since your mind was somewhere else
"Y/n?? Earth to Y/n!!!" your brunette friend pulled you out of your daze back to reality
"hm?"
"Seriously what's wrong with you? Is it cause your little crush isn't here yet??" she cooed
"Stop teasing me like i'm a highschooler for fucks sake" you rolled your eyes
"We were discussing our plans for winter break and I was wondering if you'd come to Liuye with us this year" Ganyu said
"Mhmm!" Hu Tao agreed
"I need to check cause i'm probably going to be doing something else.." you fidgeted with your nails
"Oh.. we'll just make sure, you're welcome to join us anytime" Ganyu smiled and you smiled back
You looked out the window thinking of the half of your family that was native to Liyue, your thoughts landed on your brother who you frequently talk to but still lives in Liyue with your aunt.. your eyes instantly lit up when you saw a familiar teal haired fellow outside, obviously Hu Tao and Ganyu took notice cause after all you looked like a dog who's owner got home.
He was staring at his phone, small clouds coming out of his lips with every breath he took, that's when you saw a girl approach him.
A short feminine girl with short blonde hair with two longer strands matching his, she made short conversation with him (from what you could tell observing from the other side) and just something about the interaction made your blood boil.
You observed as she latched herself onto his arm like a leech or something and they walked off in the complete opposite direction of the brunch place you had agreed to meet at.
