Lunch time was arriving so I got into my truck and headed to the Dirty Robber. I called the clinic to see if my was there. They informed me she left the building a few minutes before I called. I arrived within twenty minutes and my wife had gotten us booth. Maura had ordered us some wine.

Babe Christina called a few minutes before you got here. She cannot make it. Dr. Berman ordered food for all his staff so they could stay and keep working. Well let's order than.

We ordered and talked about today and how we and the others from Boston don't recall the case. We weren't sure if we have a serial killer that is now here which made us uneasy as well as Nina, Frankie and Frost who showed up to eat here. We all tried to rack our brains but came up empty handed. We all left and Barry put a group text for us all to be aware. He said they were going to make a announcement on the five o'clock news on all the stations. He wanted all of our loved ones to be aware in advance.

Maur I am going to go home and go through my old cases in the attic to see if I can find anything. I told Barry and Nina to come by. They may find something I don't. You know we all keep notes of cases that bothered us unsolved cases. All of us leos have these type of cases. Most of mine burned up.

I backed in closed the garage and latched it. I went inside and locked the interior door and turned off the alarm and changed my clothes.

Nina, Barry and Hailey showed up.

Hey Hailey. Jay wants me helping when he was informed you had notes in your attic. The more the merrier.
Get yourself some water or something to drink.

I climbed in the attic. There were two sections. One in tubs and the other in boxes. Hailey Frost will pass them to you. Please put them in the dining room. There's alot. Here are some gloves and masks too. The boxes are dusty.

It took us about thirty minutes to get them all out of the attic and in the dining room.

We opened box at a time going through them. We were still reading when Maura came home.

Sorry Maura we are still not done. It's okay. I am going to go get change and will order us some food from Rony's to be delivered. You guys can take a break when it arrives.

Jane I think I found something but its hard to read korsak's writing.

The three of us laughed. We stopped and all took a look. The food arrived and we took a break.
We went back to reviewing korsak's notes. Frost and I were able to read his notes, since we had enough practice.

This has to be it Jane. I agree. Maura looked and bits and pieces were coming back.

I am going to call Liz and Dr. Berman and ask them to come over.

Dr..Berman this is Detective Hailey Upton. I am at Jane and Maura's home. We went through d notes of Sgt. Vincent Korsak and came across what you might be interested in. Maura is recalling bits and pieces as well. It appears we have a serial killer. I will text you the address. Please have Liz come with you. She left already .I will finish up here and text her the address. She was picking up Thai food for our dinner. Liz can bring the food here. We just finished eating dinner. Okay.

I ended the call and called Jay. He was eating dinner and said he would be over in a few.

Everyone was here. Liz and David were eating while Maura, Frost and I discussed the case.

Everyone the community is already scared. We need to keep this quiet. I will call Ann to draw a warrant and have Joan sign it once we can locate Joe Cruz. Jane with your lap top Nina was able to find out who his parole officer is. Let's hope his parole officer has a good address on him. If she does , Joan will sign the warrant and we will arrest him and go through his place and any other place if necessary with another warrant.
