The following morning our door bell rang and janes client and one of his employees was with him to get the generator from the garage.  Jane got the keys and alarm code and went across the street.  She didn't want them inside nor know who the work they were doing it for. She trusted them to do the work well but didn't trust them than with the that.

She waited while they did the work which took about and hour to do. She put the other generator back in our garage for it to be taken back once they left.

Gary asked to go with Jane to the rental place so they left. We went to the house with sparky and brought there cleaned clothes back in my suv. We brought everything back except the one tank Gary had with him.  I showed Ruthie how to get the generator to work if it turned on if they needed it.  Jane returns and informs us she is filing a law suit against the solar company.  Apparently the two investigators made up to look elderly were lied to. Ann was filing charges and got the paper work going for them to search the solar companies records and start speaking with their customers.

Gary I showed Ruthie.  I will show you how to start the generator if it doesn't start. Okay thank you.

Jane they lied.  I am thinking they were going after the elderly only. If Ann's people find out, alot people will be included in the lawsuits and they will be paying etcetera and may have to close the business.  I want them closed,  settlement and them to pay for the installation of the solar system.  I don't blame you babe. Jane thank you for looking into it. Your very welcome.  Gary was ticked to find this out. I am too. They took advantage of us and mislead us.

Gary and Maura returns. Ruthie and Gary thanked us. The electricity was back on through Smud.  Later that day we got a chocolate basket and fruit basket from them. We called to thank them.

We made lunch and Maura said she was going to go to the clinic until 4 than would leave to come home. I went to the court house to personally file my lawsuit. Afterwards I went to work until 5 than headed home. I waved to Gary and Ruthie as they were outside letting sparky use the restroom om their lawn.   Antonio and Kevin arrived in Kevin's truck to put up the fence and strengthen several areas with boards to  brace the fence for now.  They came over and told us this was a temporary fix but when the weather was better they would get lumber and other supplies and take the old fence and replace it.
