The following morning Maura and I were eating breakfast when Frankie said they caught Joe Cruz at Laura's work. He was grateful to us for finding the information. Laura was Joe Cruz next target. They found a list of his next victims. Maura, Kiki,   Avery Rizzoli, Tommy and Drew, Katelyn,  Julianne and Olivia Fox, Olivia Martin,  Rony Martin, Joyce Callaway, Roger Stevenson and Rupert Jackson was on the list.
I guess he didn't know my aunt was dead already. He had gotten out a month ago and his parole officer told Hailey and Janice that he was seeking revenge towards us against our loved ones. He knew Frosts mother and Nina's family were deceased as well as my parents and Esmi. He had their information on home addresses,  job sites and places they frequent. He definitely did his home work.  Currently,  he is st Mercy Hospital and handcuffed to the gurney after being  shot three times. Wow,  we all were in danger. I just got a call and Ann said she wants to us to get additional information this morning.  Jane I cannot make it . I have to go to the hospital to check on one of my patients.  If she wants to meet me, she will have to do it there. I will be at Mercy on the second floor. She can text me so I can meet her. I have to go.

My wife kisses me and leaves.

Ann this is Jane.  Maura cannot meet with you. Why not? She has a patient in the hospital that is taking priority.  She is on her way to mercy hospital and will be on the second floor. Text her. Jane please meet me there in a few.  Okay! I have already spoken to the others.  I just need yours and Maura's statements.  I am leaving in a few. Thanks.

I call my wife.

Hey babe . You know I don't like talking even on the blue tooth when I am driving. Ann and I will meet you on the second floor. Okay and bye.

My wife ends the call. I know I ticked her off, but she could of let it go to her voice mail. Oh well!

I leave my home and head to the hospital. I call my office and tell them to cancel my morning meeting.  My secretary says she will. I end the conversation and continue to drive and call baby girl and the others in a group call. Some answer and some don't.  The ones who do are glad they caught Joe Cruz and want him to fry just as I do. I know I am a criminal attorney but when you go after one of my loved ones all bets are off.

I ended the conversation as I was parking.

I went upstairs and asked a nurse to page my wife Dr. Maura Isles.   The nurse paged her and Ann showed up.

I just asked them to page Maura. I guess we can talk in the cafeteria. Hi you two. Maura we are going to go to the cafeteria to talk. I will be recording this. Ann I will see if I can get a room for privacy.  Hold on.

Hello I am Dr. Maura Isles. I need to borrow an unused conference room or office for privacy.  Dr. Isles please give me a few minutes to see if I can accommodate you.  Thank you.

Babe how's your patient? Still recovering but is better. Excuse me Dr. Isles there is a room available on this floor rm 201. Thank you. It will be unlocked.  House keeping is just finishing up. Thank you.

I am Ann Wersching  Sacramento district attorney.  I am meeting with Dr. Maura Isles former chief forensics medical examiner from Boston Massachusetts and Jane Rizzoli former detective from Boston Police homicide division. We are meeting in a private room at mercy hospital in Sacramento.

I started off asking Jane questions than Maura which took over an hour an half. We ended Agee minutes early because the room was needed. I told Maura and Jane that I would contact them again if I needed more information .I stopped the recording. We all got up and left for our individual job sites.
