The next few months went very fast. Jaymi and Olly got married, our wedding was going to have to be amazing to be half as good as theirs. They're so happy together. Ella and George are still happily together as well as Lucy and Josh. Our families took the engagement well, the mums are so so excited to help me pick out my dress. My dad can't wait to walk me down the isle. Another Christmas passed and we spent it as one big family, the only difference this time is that I was engaged. As for the boys, the got bigger and bigger. It was finally out that JJ and I were going to get married, surprisingly, the fans took it quite well. We got some hate from others but we were expecting that, not everyone was going to be happy with us getting married were they?. When JJ wasn't in the studio with the boys, which wasn't very often, we were planning for the wedding. Going out buying rings, getting the venue, the entertainment, the cake and the outfits sorted. One thing that was very important was the best men and the maid of honour. JJ's best men were obviously the boys who had willingly agreed to be a part of our special day, George was especially excited but Jaymi took the lead as he was the organised one. As for me, Ella was my main maid of honour with Lucy and Otea being the bridesmaids. The stag and hen party had passed, yet another night partying in the clubs and getting drunk. Olly joined the hen party and not the boys because he said that he wanted to be with the other partners. My dad went along at JJ's stag party whilst JJ's mum joined my hen party. I'm so glad Olly came around partying with us because without him it wouldn't have been the same. Olly was the funniest person to have at your party, especially when he had had a little too much to drink. One night I will never forget.
It was the day before the wedding. I woke up in the morning to see JJ packing some things into a bag. He was leaving to go and stay at George's with Jaymi, Josh, his dad and my dad. I was being accompanied at our house by Ella, Olly, Lucy, Otea, my mum and JJ's mum. When he was about to leave, I stood at the door to wave him off. I gave him a tight hug, both of us not wanting to let go but we knew that we had too.
"You'll turn up tomorrow right?"
"JJ, you know I will"
"I'm sorry, It's just...."
"I know, I know" I said, hugging him again, stroking his hair.
"I'll see you tomorrow then...Mrs Hamblett"
"I'll see you tomorrow Husband" I giggled.
Then he was gone. The next time I would see JJ, I'd be stood at the alter, getting ready to be married and to commit myself to the man that I love. Within seconds, my girls had arrived getting all excited because we were going to try on our dresses for the first time. I had ordered it months ago and there had been some delay in it getting here. The girls put their stuff in their rooms and then we made our way into town. When we arrived at the bridal shop, Otea looked up in amazement at all of the white dresses. It was like a princess dress. We opened the door to the boutique, the bell ringing to let the lady know that we had arrived.
"Hello, you must be Meg"
"Yes, Hey"
"Big day tomorrow, are you excited?"
"Very! I really want to try on the dress"
"Right through here" said the lady as she lead us through to the fitting room. Otea, Lucy, Ella and I squealed. We each entered our changing room, deciding we would all come out at the same time so that we could see what each other looked like. I stepped into my dressing room and unzipped the bag in front of me. That was when I saw it, my dream wedding dress. It was plain and simple with a few diamonds and a veil. The crown shining. I was like a little girl. I pulled the dress on, the lady helping me and zipping me up.
"Are you ready?" Shouted Ella.
"Ready" Shouted Otea.
"Ready" Shouted Lucy.
