3 days after chapter 2
Dalton pov
I've been getting used to being a cheetah and stuff and I like everyone here but a feel like I shouldn't be here and the I've been getting confused with the other Dalton but that's fine we'll figure something out.
After a while, I run into Dalton and we walk and talk and decide to call me DB so we don't get confused. As we start to walk towards the lair to rest I see a flash of yellow then stars then black.
When I get up it's a few seconds later and I have a splitting headache. I get up and notice a king cheetah that looks female it takes me a second to realize what happens but when I do I chuckle and sit down and say "Ah my head." The Cheetah chuckles and says "Sorry I didn't see you." I laugh it off and say "It's fine I've had worse." I stand and introduce myself as Dalton but I go by DB and she introduces herself as "Fuli of the cheetah kingdom and is looking for a friend named eil." Dalton says my name's also Dalton but I just go by Dalton and I haven't seen anyone el-" *BOOM. Just then someone crashes into Dalton and I can't help but bust out laughing and say "Found him. Fuli laughs too but the other two don't find it funny. I apologize and help Dalton up it turns out the other cheetah is Eil and their runaways from a place called the cheetah kingdom and need to speak with the king.
Time skip 3 hour
I'm sitting in the lion guard lair hanging out with everyone else when Zazu flies in and says the king needs me. I run to pride rock where I see fuli and Dalton when I get to the top Simba says "Dalton" when me and the other Dalton say "yes" He says no you and points at me I respond "yes sir" he tells me "over the last few days you've helped the lion more than I could've asked for and for that I wish to make a member of the lion guard." I'm surprised and say "Sir i-i-I don't know if I'm ready for that"- Simba cuts me off saying "I know you're ready you're a remarkable fighter and very smart I believe you will make a great member." I say "thank you, sir." Simba tells me " please call me Simba no need to be so formal." I say "okay but know what about fuli?" Simba says I will answer when kion arrives I've already sent zazu to go get him.
A moment later kion arrives and gives me the mark of the lion guard as the best fighter. Then Simba makes his announcement about fuli saying that she will be the next member of the guard so we know we can trust her.
I'm kind of surprised but everyone else looks really surprised but kion doesn't argue and gives fuli the mark also.
After all of that, Dalton me, and fuli walk and talk about a lot of stuff for a while before returning to the lair where everyone's excited to learn that me and fuli are joining though bunga doesn't know how to feel about fuli since he just met her a few hours ago but he seems ok with it. Me and fuli decide to get to know each other in private so we go to a room I found that no one else knows about to talk with her about life and stuff.
