In a new world

again?

Dalton(B) pov
After I see Dalton and Fuli, I smile and say, "I knew it."
After that, I went on patrol, but it was unremarkable. Nothing happened at all. So we just start telling stories. Well, they do. I just listen because I know it would be hard to tell a human story to animals.
*Time skip 2 hours,*
Me and Byron are talking about the old world, and I say, "I never thought I'd say this, but I miss Hannah." We chuckle, and I say."Was there any progress on getting me out when you went in." He says,"No Doc kept trying, and it kept just breaking. I think someone sabotaged it." I say."Who would do that." He says,"Shadow, they're a mercenary group, and their leader wants this technology." I say."That's not good." Then he says,"My turn to ask, where are we? I don't know this show?" I say "This is the story I made, Dalton was based on me but became his own character by the end and Fuli is uhm I don't remember my memory of the book is blurry and I don't know what happens next I haven't the whole time."
All of that was true. Except for not remembering what fuli does.
Then I asked, "How was everyone?" I know Ma was worried." He says "Yeah she freaked out on Doc, but Hannah was worried sick also you're dad doesn't show it, but I bet he's scared too." I say "Yeah he acts tough all the time." We continue to talk until it starts to storm, and I sense something wrong, Byron does too because he sits up and scans. I say, "They're not near here they'll come during a lightning strike if anyone comes." Byron says "Ok but why would they send anyone in unless..." I say,"Unless what!!!" He says,"Shadow made them." I say "No no no, we have to wait until after the storm, and we'll find them." He says,"We can't wait what if they're in trouble." I don't know if wounds transfer over, so I say "Fine we go find them when we sense they come in." He sighs and says,"Ok."
*Time skip 20 minutes*
We're still stuck in the cave, and there hasn't been any lightning, so I start to think it's not gonna happen.
I say, "I think our senses were off." As I say that lightning strikes close to the cave and then this happens 4 times. We quickly rush to the strikes. The rain slows but doesn't stop.
It's pouring, and Byron says, "I've never seen it rain like this." I say."When you came in, it did, except we weren't dumb enough to go out in it." He laughs, and we get to the strikes. When we get there, I hear a female voice say,"Where am I? "" When we get close enough to see, she looks younger than me, and there's a small cub. I say to Byron, "2 cubs look uninjured, 1 adult doesn't look hurt but looks confused, so take it slow. No sudden movements dont be loud." He nods, and we move out of our hiding spot, and immediately the first girl says,"Who are you." I say."My name's Dalton, this is Byron. We're here to help."
Then the older lioness says, "Dalton." I immediately recognize my mother.

Hey guys Jedi here I hope you enjoy this and I have the rest of this book planned out already so it will be short but I do have to have a few traveling chapters and the next one will explain a few things and pick up where I left off.
