The ride of a lifetime part one

I was playing a Kahoot today and this is who won first 🥲

Imma start at the part where you guys are about to get on the ride

Courtney wouldn't stop whining about how she was hungry so you went off to buy her some donuts.
You came back with a bag full of them and handed one to Courtney. She grinned widely and happily took it.
Pugsley immediately ran over and bit it out of her hand. Of course Courtney got pissed and started chasing him down for it. He had been acting really weird lately. Barney had gifted you some merch for (whatever you like). It was a set of bracelets. But pugsley destroyed them all and to this day you don't know why.
"Courtney, cmon! I've got more donuts!" You yelled, shaking the bag, but she paid no attention. You sighed and sat down with the others.
"What a lovely day. We've got 20 minutes left on our lunch break. Wanna do something?" Your brother asked. "Ooh, let's go on that." Norma pointed to a Ferris wheel. "Have we got time?" You asked. "Yup. It takes fourteen minutes exactly." She confirmed. "Norma, you're such a helpful dork." Badyah chuckled and Norma blushed and smiled.
You felt kinda bad since you knew Norma obviously had a huge crush on badyah. But of course, badyah was oblivious to this.
"Great. I heard the view from the top is pretty amazing." Barney said as you all got up.
"Pugsley! Courtney! Hurry up! We're gonna leave you guys!" You threatened as you followed the others.
You were buckled in next to Courtney.
"Ah, finally alone. On a top three romantic ride with the love of my life." She smirked, leaning in to your lips. You tilted your head, allowing her access, but you were interrupted by pugsley once again. (I have a feeling @KattKitt12 is gonna be pretty mad about this 😂)
"Sorry, excuse me." Pugsley said as he sat next to Courtney. You could tell she was annoyed but you had a little sympathy. Your group had an uneven number and since Courtney was so small, you had a lot of extra space so it was really the only place he could fit.
"Why do I always get stuck at the kid's table?" She muttered, munching on the popcorn you had bought to replace her missing donut. "Yknow, this isn't great for me either, Courtney." Pugsley glared.
"I'm the oldest one here! I finally get to do something fun with y/n, and here you come along. Can't believe I finally get alone time with y/n, and now I have to go on a romantic ride with a dog." She grunted, clearly annoyed. You giggled. It was really adorable.
"Romantic?" Pugsley said, confused. "Yeah, Ferris wheels are a top three romantic ride, behind bumper cars and those spinny ones that make everybody puke. Pretty awkward for Norma and badyah, huh?" "You can say that again." You muttered.
"What do you mean?" Pugsley asked curiously. "Yknow, how norma has big crush feelings for badyah, and badyah only thinks of her as a friend. Anyone with an insight on basic human behavior can see it." She said through a mouthful of popcorn.
"Then how can you see it?" Pugsley glared at her. You started to laugh but she glared at you, so you quickly held a straight face.
The ride suddenly started moving.
"Is this it? Wow, what a thrill. Truly the ride of a lifetime." She said sarcastically.
You found this hilarious since she would always use her height as an excuse for not going on the big rides. Because if she really did wanna go on them, she'd find a way around it. But you decided not to say anything about it.
"Well what did you expect it to be?" You chuckled. "I don't know." She sighed, cuddling up into your side, arms crossed, as if to be pouting. You giggled and wrapped your arm around her.
"You're right. Nice and boring." Pugsley smiled as he took the popcorn from her.
"You don't have to sound so happy about it." She rolled her eyes at him. Her face suddenly lit up. "Ah, this should kill some time." She smiled, pulling out a demonic Rubik's cube.
You hummed and cuddled her while she messed around with her cube. All was going well until the ride suddenly started to violently move back and forth.
"HOLY SHIT!" You yelled as you grabbed onto Courtney and pugsley. Courtney seemed to have no idea what was going on but pugsley clung for dear life.
"It's starting!" Pugsley exclaimed. "Wait, it's not started yet? That explains a lot." She muttered, continuing to fidget with her Rubik's cube.
You were extremely nervous since you only had access to pugsley and Courtney and were not able to protect anyone else, so you said something you regretted.
"COURTNEY WE ARE LITERALLY ABOUT TO DIE! SHUT THE HELL UP!" You yelled.
"Gheesh, calm down. You and your human emotions. It's hard dealing with 'em, Yknow." She responded, not bothering to look at you as she said it.
"Oh, really? You wanna go down that road? Well maybe you wouldn't have to deal with my human emotions, if you weren't such a demonic pain in the ass!" You yelled.
"Oh, is that right?!" You tried to yell over her but now you were both just screaming at each other.
"Guys! Stop fighting! Listen to me! I saw this circle in my dream and it's a sign of death and destruction. I have to stop it. Fingers told me that-" Courtney stopped arguing with you to cut him off.
"Fingers, fingers, fingers. Why does anybody listen to that creep? I mean, have you seen the guy?" She said, still stuffing her face with popcorn.
"Courtney, stop! I'm trying to think!" Pugsley said but she paid no attention.
"And what's with that stupid bow tie?" She added and you nodded in agreement.
"I agree, it makes him look like a pervert. But don't change the subject! We're not done here!"  You said and she turned back so you could continue yelling at each other.
"G-guys, stop fighting! Guys, stop! STOP!"
And it all froze.
