Location: Warriors private jet airfield: San Fransisco International Airport
It was the day that we left for Game 6 of the NBA finals in Boston, it was also the game that declared who will be the NBA 2022 Finals champ. Jordan and Devyn walk onto the plane with two little kids who could be about 3 -4 years old.
" Hey, chump". Jordan says nudging me
"Hey bean-head". I reply back giving him a bear hug.
Devyn introduces the little boy to me,
" Hi, I'm Kai." he says to me in the sweetest little voice ever.
"Awww, hi sweetie." I respond to him smiling hard as fuck.
Kai sits next to me and he starts asking questions about my life. I handed him my phone so he could watch some tv since the flight would be pretty long.
I'm scrolling on Netflix to find a movie to watch on my laptop and I turn on a movie called Tall Girl. As I'm watching the movie waiting on the plane to take off I get a call from Maddy, Brooke and Mariah.
"Hello". I say looking at the phone in amazement.
"hey girl". Maddy says
"Girl how's the plane ride". Mariah says.
" the plane hasn't taken off yet. " i told her
"we're still waiting on Juan and Audi". i added
"they're always late to everything". Brooke replied
" Carrington turn off your phone, we're about to take off". My mom said
(my mother is Ayesha Curry, it was kinda self explanatory tho. lmao)
" I'll call you guys when we land in Boston". I said
"bye girl". they all said in unison
The flight attendant on the speaker went over the typical airplane rules and I was bored as fuck listening to this shit...
" And remember , always don't go number 2 on the plane bathroom". the flight attendant said
and now we finally take off.
Short Author's Note: Hi you guys, in the story Steph & Ayesha are my parents, and if you're wondering what Waiting on A Train To Paris has to do with this, When I brainstormed chapters this was the only thing that came to mind when I thought about traveling even though we aren't going specifically to Paris.❤️❤️
