Secret Relationship

Chapter 7- Keeping it secret

After Virat and Sai narrated their love story Devi was the first one to break the silence and said “please public your relationship Dada. people are mad to know about you and many girls are mad about you.” 

Now Virat said "I know people and the media are mad and very much interested to know about my personal life and I really don't want to publicize my personal life. 

Once a rumor spread about me and one of the model of our company who is also my friend and we kept silent thinking that if we don't comment then the media will drop the topic. But opposite happened. Media started to follow her everywhere. Many girls started to troll her and said abusive words only assuming her as my girlfriend. I had to come front and say that we don't have any relationship to save her. 

Now when I will confirm about Sai God knows  and the public will do. I don't want Sai to face any problem, that's why I want to keep our relationship a family secret." 

Mohit being in  the charge of Public Relations of the company agreed with Virat and the family thought to go with their decision. But hiding it is quite tough specially when people are sending proposal for Virat's marriage. 

Next day Nagesh and Ninad had a tough time to say no to Sailesh and Vaishali for Patralekha and Virat's alliance. 

Finally, Virat took all the blame to himself and said "Patralekha is quite younger than me. We have nearly 5 years of age difference and that's why I consider her as a sister." 

After Virat said that he considered Patralekha as sister her parents couldn't say anything more. But it is not the end of their problems. 

Chavan family received a few more alliances for Virat, some from family friends and some from reputed business families and associates. 

Chavan family was really in a very tough condition to say no to all these proposals and show a proper reason for it. In some cases they say that they don't want a business woman in house or not thinking about Virat's marriage or they want to plan their daughter Rahi's wedding first etc. Etc. 

It was the hospital's foundation day and this day every year Chavans throw a grand party for all hospital staff and their families. 

On this day after the speech, cultural programme dinner one handsome man come on the stage and said "hi guys I am Dr. Abinash and today is a very special day for all of us and I want to make this day more special for me. I want to express my feelings for someone special in front of all of you. My family and her family are also here and I want all your support. 

Ok now I want to tell you a story. I joined this hospital 2 years ago and the first day I met a young junior doctor here. I saw her playing with the children in pediatrics. I was mesmerized with her. Then when I started working with her, her beauty, confidence, dedication all made her fall in love with her. I want to  tell you that I love you, Sai. I love you a lot and want to marry you. 

Sai please grace the stage and accept my love." 

As soon as he uttered Sai's name, rage filled in Virat's vain. How dare this doctor propose to Sai openly in front of a public. He wanted to punch that Dr. Abinash then and there only. 

Sai was standing there with Rahi, Mohit and Virat only. She was shocked to listen that her senior was harboring a feeling for her but she was tensed for Virat. As soon as Dr. Abinash uttered her name and he held her hand tightly as he would not let anyone take her away from him. 

She pressed his hand, assured him through eyes and then went on stage with Rahi. She on stage told him politely that she never thinks about him anything else other than a senior so she would appreciate if he mention the senior junior relationship only. 

After this incident Virat was really restless. In the meantime Piyush's family comes to Chavan Nivas for Piyush and Rahi's wedding proposal. 

When the family was planning the wedding, Virat gave a proposal of a double wedding and everyone become double happy. Youngstars  shouted "let's plan the wedding"
