Secret Relationship

Chapter 6- Love story

Everyone wanted to know about love story of Mr. Kharus Chavan and Miss Superfast joshi. All of them knew about their tom and jerry relationship bu they really cant imagine how these tom and jerry fell in love. 

Virat and Sai were made to sit together and all of the family membeers asked them various question

“How all this started?”

“How long you two are together?” 

“How all these started?”

“Why you haven’t said us about you?”

“Tell  us about your love story”

So Virat said “Ok  I will answer all  your questions but can I get a cup of coffee?” soon coffee and some snacks come for everyone. When everyone settled with coffee and snacks Sai started 

“ You all know that when 1st time I come here I become friends with Rahi and Mohit. But had a fight with Virat as I draw a butterfly in his copy. We had a big fight. But what you all dont know that after a few days he come to me and said the butterfly was nice but I should not have drawn ot in his history copy. He later gave me a drawing book also. 

I was interested in drawing but neither Rahi nor Mohit were interested in drawing so I showd virat and he always criticized my drawings when I draw good he appreciated but when I draw bad he said that also. Art was out first connection. When I was in grade VI one day when Rahi and Mohit gave me their science books to draw diagrams and left to play Virat come there and helped me to finish and thats the first time I come to know he also draw well. 

There were many of my habits he doesnt like so he  shouted and I also and we fought that you all know but what you dont know that we always apologize from each other.”

This time Virat said 

“Acually we from childhood we fought in front of all but apologize or praised privately. I did it because my ego didnt allow me to apolozize infront of all and she just copied me. When I helped her finishing Rahi and Mohit’s science book drawings she was all impressed by me and she came to me with a cadbery and said can we be friends. I also wanted to be friends with her but I imagined that Rahi and Mohit will laugh when they will come to know about our friendship. So I told her that we will be friends but we will not tell it to anybody. It will be our secret and thus our friendship continud in secrecy.”

Ashwini said “my God these two were friends from when Sai was in Grade VI and Virat in grade IX and they fought like tom and jerry and made us mad. What big ego and secret you you kept.” 

Sai said “Sorry aunty first we started all these for ego and imagining people will laugh at us but later we get funin hiding our friendship. We many days sneek out in terrace shared our problems, find solutions or just spending some quality time.”

This time BHabani said “yes you get fun after making us mad.” 

Rahi was impatient and asked “when this friendship turned in affair?” 

Virat said “It was I who felt it that our relationship is more than friendship first. When Rahi and Sai was in senior classes many boys started to roam around them and I didnt like that. For Rahi it was natural but for Sai it was very confusing. 

Then I went out of the hometown for college and we both missed each other a lot but we brushed it off thinking w are very good friends thats why we are missing each other. Many of my college mates started to date and surprisingly whenever I think about dating a girl Sai’s face come to my mind and I realized I am seeing her more than a friend but cant express my feelings as she was just a school girl. 

Sai was in 12h and I was at my final year,It was near christmas and Sai told me that she like her new maths teacher Rohan a lot. He is goodloking, he is handsome, he looks like bollywood hero etc. etc. it felt me that someone is snatching my Sai from me, somebody puched me hard, it was immense pain I felt and I understood the depth of my feelings. I took a drastic discission, I visited my dean asked for some extra leave did some parttime job to earn the passage oney and come to India. Do you all remember hw surprised you were to see me?

When I met Sai I saw her seating sad and come to know that she is sad as Rohan sir has an affair wih history teacher of their school. I was relieved that she is still mine. It took me only two days to cheer her up and made her forget Rohan sir. That time I realized I need to keep her near me.”

Rahi said “Oh that Rohan Sir and Shirin Maam. We all had a crush in Rohan sir.”

Mohit impatient asked “then you said her your feelings.”

Virat replied “No, I couldnt as I feel she was not ready. I was accepted in IIM Delhi for masters so I asked both Sai and Rahi to apply in AIMS Delhi for their MBBS. Sai cracked but Rahi’s rank was not up to the mark so Rahi admitted in Nagpur Medical college while Sai went to AIMS. Rahi do you remember how much you tred to convince Sai to study in Nagpur Medical college with you? 

There we started to spend much time together without any pretence but still I could not muster my courage to tell her my feelings. I was afraid that she might not reciprocate my feelings. I didn't want to lose her. 

One day she suddenly came to my college to surprise me and that time to make her boyfriend jealous my friend Meera was hugging me. She saw that and I saw a different Sai. She was jealous and angry she shouted on me and cried a lot. She pulled me from there and pushed behind a pillar and said that "how can you do that to me. I thought you were mine." She cried accused me and then run away from my college without listening me." 

Samrat said "she ran away and you let her go!!" 

Sai said "yes he let me go. Then called me after 2 hours and asked if my head is cold or hot. I was so angry. I didn't speak with him that day. I felt for him from sometimes after coming to Delhi but realized the depth of my feelings that day. 

Finally I made up my mind that I can't take him for granted or assume he will reciprocate my feelings. I called to apologize.  He told me to meet in a cafe three hours later and when I entered that whole cafe was decorated with fresh flowers, my favorite fairy lights and our pictures. I was surprised to see all these. Then I saw him in front of me in his knees and he expressed his feelings. I also expressed mine and our love story started."
