Days went past hurriedly with me and my Renu's non-stop chatting and calls.  And because of the terrible incident that had taken place in my home with Renu, she denied to come over. Thus, for the last one week, we did not meet each other in person.

Further, If I were to visit her house often, it would lead to some other issues so we both opted to maintain our relationship in this way.

However, today was one of the lucky days. Guess why?

Well, my aunt, that's Renu's mother had contacted me this morning and asked me to arrive at their house at evening 5.30 pm. The thing is, aunt and uncle have to attend a marriage and it would be late at night, when they attain back home.

Which is why they wanted me to look after their daughters till they come back. Renu has an exam the next day and Reshu was stubborn not to attend the wedding as she did not want to leave her little sister alone. Having no other option, Aunt then booked me to be the bodyguard for them.

Currently, I'm driving towards their house, a little smile etched on my face as I imagine about seeing my Renu!

After a little drive, I attained the destination and saw Aunt and uncle, wrapped in grand outfits and shining gold jewels, prepared to take off to the marriage.

I parked my bike on the side and approached them. "Was waiting for you...please don't leave the house until we return" Aunt said and handed me the key to their home. The trust she had in me made me proud.

"Sure aunt! Don't worry about anything and enjoy the wedding function" I smiled at her. Uncle nodded at me with a smile as well. Unlike my father, uncle is really an open-minded person and someone you could rely on.

As both of them entered their car, Reshu came out of the home and waved them bye. Soon as they departed, I turned to Reshu, "Where's Renu?" I queried, curious.

"What are you doing after knowing about her location?" She raised her eyebrows, rudely. "That's not any of your business" I smiled sweetly at her.

She huffed and whirled around, disappearing inside. I followed her behind and examined the lounge. Not here. She must be in her room and most probably preparing for her exam. Ah!

But can't she take a bit of her time off to see me! She already was aware that I would be here right now. Such a disheartening situation.

Furious, I settled on the couch while Reshu brought me a cup of lemonade from the kitchen. "It's Renu's preparation," she said boringly as she forwarded the glass to me.

My heart warmed at the news. How sweet of my Renu! "Is she that deep into studying that she doesn't want to come downstairs for a while?" I asked as I grabbed the glass in my hand.

"Yeah...her first love is her books" she stated rather tauntingly. "Don't live in delusion Reshu, I'm her first love..." I commented with an authoritative smile.

"Whatever!" She told in a nonchalant voice and went upstairs.
I then finished the lemonade, savoring the taste. Renu made this for me...I smiled to myself as I drank the last sip.

Subsequently, I walked to the kitchen and placed the glass on the counter. Afterward, I again seat myself on the couch and messed with my phone.

I tried to message Renu but did not want to disturb her. So I restrained myself. Nonetheless, after a couple of minutes, I got agitated and relentless to see my Renu. She is just a few steps away from the reach of my eyes. Only a fool would miss this opportunity.

Stimulated by my love cells, I locked the main door with the key and dropped it in my pant pocket. Then I rushed upstairs to Renu's room and knocked on it.
