Karthik
I had to curb my instinct to jerk off as my Renu's presence and our little intimate moment caused havoc inside my shorts.
Somehow distracting myself, I just rested in my room for a while before refreshing and going downstairs. Noticing my presence, dad send me out to rent a sound system to play songs in speakers.
I drove on my bike and did that work, but it utilized more time than I predicted because I had to skip on two parties who demanded too much amount for the music speaker.
Then as I was returning home, I inevitable accident happened. The auto I was going behind, suddenly paused which caused me to lose balance and collapse as my bike hit its posterior.
It was my carelessness though!
I did not sustain a heavy injury but just my knees and elbows got scratched quite painfully. Some people came to my aid and helped me. As I was in good form, everyone scattered away quickly, and I just paid the auto driver for the damage I provoked to his vehicle and rode back home.
Upon attaining my home, my mother who saw me in the blood-stained state went frantic and kept worrying about my injuries even after I told her that it wasn't really serious.
Due to my mother's sobbing, everyone came downstairs. My father was more angrier than concerned. "Don't you know to drive carefully!" He was stern and scolded my mother for caring too much about the small injuries.
Grandma just matched my mother's level of emotional state. She always possesses this special care toward me...
Renu, on the other hand, was crying profusely as my mom bandaged the scratches after cleansing the blood mark. I wanted to pacify her but it would lead to my parents getting suspicious. So I remained mute.
As my mother was done with it. I spoke up, "Smile guys, I'm perfectly fine!" I tried to cheer up my cousins, and Kannagi and they smiled a little at my statement.
The exception being Renu.
My parents looked at her oddly so as my grandma. Because my cousins are well aware of our love, they did not look too amused. The same goes with my sister exempt that she seemed nervous as me.
"You are lucky to have such a loving sister in your life, more loving than me" Kannagi muttered, solving everyone's skeptical gaze on Renu.
Momentarily, everyone went in their own ways and stayed were, my mom and Renu. She was still weeping silently.
By now, I'm sure my mother had figured out what's actually our relationship status is. She is a quiet one, which means, her level of observation is too much. She notes every small detail and lines it up well, reaching a conclusion that definitely reflects the right answer to the objective of her research.
Surprisingly, my mom just patted Renu's head soothingly. "It's okay, he is alright..." And then she glanced at me knowingly before disappearing into the kitchen.
I sighed in relief. At least she is not opposing...
"Mom, I will refresh and get downstairs!" I yelled towards my mother and went upstairs, signaling Renu to follow me behind.
Inside my room, I knocked on Renu's head and chastised her. "You can't be this obvious Renu! At this range, everyone will figure out about our relationsh--" she just hugged me, leaving me speechless.
"I can't control my tears, Karthik...you had blood on your knees and elbows, it triggered something in me..." She sniffed and I brushed her hair, incapable of managing to get strict with her again.
"I understand but look Renu, I'm really alright!" She stared up at me and I rubbed her tears away, assuring her with a bright smile.
After she left so, I refreshed and put on casual clothes. Then stalked downstairs to have dinner with my family members. It was eerily quiet and everyone remained hushed because of my father's existence.
As supper finished by, I went to my room to sleep. Just as my eyelids began to droop, a knock rang on the door. Sighing, I got up and unlocked the door, only to find my Renu standing there with a glass of milk.
"Aunt told me to give this to you." She extended it to me and I smiled at her before grabbing the glass in my hand.
"Good night Karthik" she mumbled with a smile. I mirrored her action. "Good night Renu" she unhurriedly walked to Kannagi's room.
On the next day, I was not given a bit of rest. And I'm not complaining, I'm happy to look after the marriage preparation of my sister. I'm extremely sad that she wouldn't be in our home after two days...but that's just how it is and even though it hurts, I still tease and beat her playfully whenever I got a chance to. That's one way of showing sibling love.
I don't know when the morning sun raised and the evening sun lowered. It was that quick the day went by! I did not get any time to see or talk to my Renu...
Thus, that night, I messaged to Renu to meet me at the terrace. At sharp 11. 30pm, we both arrived at the said spot and embraced each other tightly.
"I missed you, I missed you so much" she repeated, hugging my torso rigidly. "Me too.." I whispered back and we both then settled on the parapet of the terrace.
As soon as we settled so, Renu rummaged through her pant pocket and revealed a folded paper. "Tell me how is it" she handed me the same and I confusedly unfolded it.
It was a deformed drawing of a guy. My anger shot up as I pondered over the thought my Renu imagining and painting a guy who isn't me!!
"Who is he Renu!?" I asked her with a deep frown. Her joyous expression melted away and was replaced by a dumbfounded one. Huh?
"You can't....really identify who it is??" She questioned lowly, her voice lingering with sadness.
"Do I know him?" I asked her and darted my view to the guy's face again. "Did you find him now?" She inquired further and I shrugged nonchalantly.
"No idea" I raised my eyebrows, conveying my oblivion state. "It's actually you..." She blurted out, looking down and fiddling with her fingers.
I almost choked on my own spittle at the information. This was me!? I zoomed the picture and the inner me screamed in agony at seeing my face being drawn in such an unrecognizable manner.
But I can't disappoint my Renu.
"Haa...I knew it was me. I was just teasing you.." I feigned a nervous laughter, pulling her by her shoulder towards me.
"Really?" Her face lit up, naively. A soft smile caressed my lips, seeing her.
"Yeah" I nodded and pressed a kiss to the side of her lips. "So from this, I assume that I'm good at drawing. Ah!! I have a talent too!!" She giggled and clung to my arm while I just awkwardly cleared my throat.
"I'm going to draw your mother next!" She grinned. "All the best" I patted her cheeks, encouragingly.
Her doodling maybe not very commendable but If it makes her happy, then she could proceed onto do it. And who knows, maybe in the future, she might really draw brilliantly.
