The tears filled her eyes more. I could feel the anger filling me. Why now?! I wanted to leave. I wanted to hit something. Cali could sense it.
Cali: You should probably go. There's probably going to be more arguing and screaming and-
Ayden: Come here.
She stopped trying to be strong and gave in to her mood, doing what I said to and coming into my embrace. I knew she needed me so there was no way I was leaving her. Please don't leave me.
