"And these are phones !! Choose whichever one you want it's a gift." Mei exclaims as I walk around looking at phones Mk walks up to me "hey so if you've been asleep for whoever knows how long how did you get those clothes?"
"Oh I just stole em, by the way were do the keep all of the phones?" He stares at me they both do "what..?" "you do know that's illegal right?" Mk asks "yea so? It's not like I'll let myself get arrested, I'm a demon unless they have some sort of magic they can't exactly keep me locked up"
"You know it's still kinda hard to believe that demons are real does that mean the monkey king is real?" "Says the descendant of a literal dragon and yes monkey king is real..that bastard, anyway were do they keep the phones?" Mei sighs " I'm buying you the phone don't worry about it" "it's easier to take then to buy plus they're expensive and we just met i'll feel bad if my new friends had to buy me everything "
"Pfft don't even worry about it like you said I'm a dragon so my family's rich" I nod and point to the one I want.,
while Mei goes to buy it Mk basically interrogates me "is monkey kind really real!!???!?! And have you met him???!?!?" He's up in my face with stars in his eyes, pushing him away with my tail I respond " yea he's really real and yes I've met him, touchy subject tho" he nods quickly "why is it a touchy subject if you don't mind me asking ?" "Uhhh we don't really have the beat past..we weren't friends or anything but he hurt my friends soo.."
He nods and Mei returns "Alright let's go pick out some phone cases now!!!" "A phone huh now?" My question goes unanswered as she drags us out of there into a different store.
Looking at the different selections I choose a blue one with koi fish on it,sticking it into my pocket and walking out "okay let's go!" "But what about the phone case?" Mk questions "don't worry about it" I say nonchalantly and walk out with the two following me.
"Now how exactly do I put it on my phone?" I saw taking it out of my pocket, they gasp "YOU STOLE?!" They say simultaneously "uhh yea? I'm a theif we've been over this?" They look at eachother and shrug.
While Mei puts the case on my phone Mk looks at my tail "soo do you have a demon form or do you always look like this?" He asks "Wow you really are curious huh? Yea I have one but I stay like this so people don't freak out too much" "ooo can we see it??" Mei asks "maybe one day, anyway what next?" "Oh oh! Let's go back to Pigsy's to introduce you to our other friends!!!" Mk responds "Pisgys?" "Yea the restaurant you stole from" Mei answers "didn't you read the sign?" "I don't know how to read or write" they stare at me "Well we'll teach you!!" Mk responds enthusiastically.
As they both take me back to pisys (not after explaining to me what the weird horse and horseless carriage is apparently they're called 'motorcycles' and 'cars') walking into the restaurant and pig immediately starts squealing about Mk slacking and how I'm a theif or something, as he yells I look at the guy with glasses feeling his presence to be familiar but I just ignore it. We make eyecontact and I smile baring my teeth at him which kinda freaks him out.
"WHAT IS THAT THEIF DOING HERE ANYWAY??? SHOULDNT YOU HAVE TURNED HIM INTO THE POLICE?" rummaging through my pockets I take out some cash (that I totally didn't steal from the store were I got my phone case's register (I totally did) ) and give it to the pig "were did you get that??" Mk asks "don't worry about it" "I'm worrying" Mk says, the pig looks at me confused "if you had money then why steal in the first place?!" "Because I didn't have money then and now I have money"
The pig still looks confused but goes back to work "ANNYYYWAYYYS!!!! That was pigsy and this right here is tang!! Tang this is Sleepy he's a demon!" Mei introduces "ANDANDAND HES MENT MONKEY KING COOL RIGHT??" Mk mentions. Tang looks at me and I shrug "it's true"
Tang looks at me "yea I believe it" He goes back to eating I don't think he actually believes it so I make the broth of the soup splash on his face . "Oh hey let's have a monkey king marathon tonight!!" Mk offers excitedly, I nod "but I might have to leave a bit early the ocean is a walk away you know " "just crash at my place! You can sleep on the couch!" Mk tells me "sure why not"
