As Mk explains what happens everyone laughs at him spouting some nonsense about how Wukong isn't real or something..even though they know demons are real, I can't be bothered to understand their logic.
Mk proves to them it's the real deal and yadda yadda now we're in a boat..how long was I zoned out for? I don't think about it as the blue guy who's weirdly familiar offers us tea.
Mk and Mei convince him to take us to flower fruit mountain, as the cat presses a button for the boat to drive we go onto flower fruit mountain.
Staring at the butterfly that landed next to me on bunch of crates we stop at the flaming mountains, getting off the boat and walking next to mk as he blabbers about princess iron fan's fan or something while the two freak out in back of us. Questioning why they're moving around like a weird looking dance until we hear a sinister chuckle "Well well well aren't you a little monkey king fanboy?" She mocks while throwing a ball of fire at us, countering it with my own magic mk and Mei stand behind me in defensive poses "I'll be taking that staff now." She says " no this belongs to the monkey king!" Mk responds " Oh aren't you a little noodle boy playing at being hero? And you fish sticks with your reputation I'm surprised you're are their side " she mocks "playtime is over."
Mk jumps up to go hit her with the staff but she summons the glove stopping it with one finger grabbing it and throwing Mk backwards, I jump grabbing him while we get hit by a geyser.
Getting thrown into the water I quickly transform and grab him swimming onto the shore of flower fruit mountain and laying on the sand as some monkeys come up to us, one in particular pokes Mk with a stick waking him up "hey bud you good?" I question "were are we?" "Flower fruit mountain you know were we supposed to go now fanboy?" I ask "uhh yea! Just follow me!!"
Following him to the top still in my demon form since it's easier Mk puts a hand on the waterfall opening it, walking around we see a mural and a giant door to the right of said mural. Mostly looking at the mural Mk freaks out and says something about his eyes while I stare at the door feeling a distantly familiar magic presence there .
Mk walks off saying something about monkey king while I walk into the door following said presence and finding my bottle, the bottle that holds my sword and angel. Transforming back into my human form I stick it on my belt going to were Mk went.
I'm greeting with him hugging his knees to his chest "uhh buddy you good?" "No he's not here anywhere! Maybe tang was right I really am delusional. " He mopes "you know monkey king and I didn't have the greatest uh relationship if you can even call it that but I know for a fact that he is real and you're not delusional " he smiles at me and a butterfly lands on his shoulder we both look at it "sup?" The butterfly says and Mk yells stepping on it "is it dead??" "Nah"
The butterfly then transforms into like five different things before transforming into monkey king "that was rather dramatic" he ignores me " monkey king?" Mk asks in disbelief " yup the one and only so weres my staff ?" Mk starts crying and apologizing , wukong just chuckles "I know I know I'm gonna come clean umm I've been kinda watching you" "wat" mk says dumbfounded before remembering "THAT WAS YOU??" He points at me "DID YOU KNOW" I look away and he grabs me by the shoulders "WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING" Wukong just laughs "HA!the look on your face you're perfect!" He says " for what?" Mk asks "to be MY SUCCESSOR!!" Wukong exclaims "wow you are so very dramatic " He just glares at me while Mk goes all in his face saying something about him having dumb brain basically.
Zoning out I hear Monkey king give Mk a pep talk to help him not be nervous about fighting he bull guy, Mk nods and runs out. As I go to follow him "what exactly are you planning ?" Wukong asks "I'm not planning anything you Wukong Mk is my friend and I'm going to help him no matter what" he looks at me weirdly but still glaring "it's been century's since we've seen eachother last I'm not one to hold grudges and you shouldn't either it's not good for you ya know" He stares at me dumbfounded "he's gone and he won't come back all I can do is move on and forgive" Monkey king relaxes and shrugs I walk out going to look for Mk.
going over to Mk who's sitting in a jet " Hey Sleepy! What took you so long?" "Just some words with the monkey king let's go now c'mon" jumping into the jet mk takes us back to megapolis.
Less driving more like pushing a bunch of buttons and hoping for the best, getting close to landing we crash into the redboy three times over. Mei runs up to us as we get out hugging us and saying how she thought we were dead or something. As she continues to blab she asks if we met monkey king " Yea! He said it was up to me..to us" Mk says "well that's anticlimactic.." Mei says and I nod.
The Demon Bull King appears and he's GIANT WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED "and how are we supposed to beat that?!" Tang asks "we believe in ourselves " Mk says with determination "you guys clear the streets i'll deal with the Demon Bull king" everyone nods I transform and summon angel greeting her with a big hug and a lil bit of crying then riding off into the city
I try to not pay attention to the battling going on while leading citizens to safety but it's kinda hard to do that when one of my close friends is in danger, ignoring the weird feeling in my chest I continue to destroy the bull robots while taking citizens far away from the fight and into safety.
-time skip-
Mei and me stand in front of the Monkey Mech "YOU DID GREAT MK !!" I yell loud enough for him to hear "YEA WITHOUT US THE CITY WOULD BE TOAST!!" ignoring the irony in Mei's statement Mk jumps down "but yaknow I couldn't have done it on my own!"
Sandy appears and pulls the three of us into a bone crushing hug "You did it little man!" He says "You're basically the new monkey king now!" Mei exclaims "Monkie kid was it?" Tang asks "Ya did good kid ya did real good" pigsy compliments
As they all plan out on what to do next, I look up and wave to monkey king who waves back turning into a bird and flying off
