In the middle of the forest, there were three Chipmunks in the tree singing "Bad Day", while gathering nuts for hibernation. The medium Chipmunk named Alvin sings lead, while the tall one named Simon sings in harmony, and the short one named Theodore plays the beatbox.
Alvin: Because you had a bad day
You're takin' one down
You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know
You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride

Munks: Day!
Alvin then pushes the nuts into the tree with his feet.
Alvin: It's going...! It's going...!
He suddenly slips into the tree, while the nuts falls out from the bottom hole of the tree, and down the branches.
Simon: And it's gone.
He said in disappointment
Alvin: Whatever!
Simon drops the nuts he was holding.
Theodore: Maybe we should take a break.
A nut came and hit his head.
Theodore: Ouch!
Alvin pops out of the hole.
Alvin: That's it! I can't take this anymore! I can't! I give up! I'm sick of struggling for survival, competing with Gophers, and Earthworms, and that loser sparrow, who always takes my nuts! And I'm especially sick of this stupid,
He starts bouncing on the branch.
Alvin: stupid, tree!
Suddenly, a sound of a buzz saw was heard. Simon held onto the tree.
Simon: Whoa, what's happening?
Theodore: Guys! I think he made it angry!
Tree then begins to fall down, which were lumberjacks who were responsible for cutting down the tree.
They cover the tree with a net, tying it to the trunk of the truck, and drove off with the Chipmunks with them.
