"Hey baby. I missed you." Ariana walked to the door where Y/n just came in from.
"Hi my love. I missed you too." Y/n wrapped her arms around Ariana's waist and kissed her.
"How was work?" Ariana asked while they walked upstairs into their room.
"It was okay. There was a bank robbery but the thieves were dumb as fuck, we caught them right away." Y/n told her and Ariana smiled.
"Or maybe it's because you're just smart." Ariana said and Y/n smiled.
"I love when you're in a good mood." She said.
"Well, because I'm in a good mood, I ran a bath for you. Go take that bath while I prepare dinner." Ariana told her.
"Thank you. I love you." Y/n said before sprinting upstairs.
"I love you too." Ariana smiled to herself.
Ariana was incredibly happy with Y/n and incredibly proud of her. Y/n had managed to become a FBI special agent with being just 23 years old. And she was one of the best ones too.
Ariana knew Y/n had gone through a lot in her life, she had been by Y/n's side ever since they met and she was proud of Y/n for never giving up. But that never giving up could also become a huge problem to Y/n.
Ariana was serving the table when Y/n came downstairs, out of her uniform and now wearing a tracksuit.
"That smells good." Y/n smiled before sitting down at the table.
"I'm glad." Ariana smiled before they started eating.
They finished eating and washed the dishes since they didn't make much dirty. After they finished they went upstairs into their room to watch a show.
"You know it's been a while since we fucked." Ariana said and got on Y/n's lap.
"I know." Y/n smirked.
"Can you fuck me please?" Ariana begged, putting on her best puppy eyes.
Y/n didn't tease her for too long before giving her what she wanted. After their second round they collapsed on the bed where they cuddled until Y/n received a phone call.
"Who is it?" Ariana asked.
"The Assistant Special Agent in charge." Y/n answered before picking up her phone.
She put it on speaker while talking to him.
"Good evening Ms. Y/l/n. I know you got the rest of the day off but here's a really important case." He spoke.
Y/n looked at Ariana, seeing how a sad look washed over her face. They never got to spend much time with each other anymore and it made them both sad.
"It's an important case Ms. Y/l/n. Just take a look at it." He said and Y/n gave in.
"Okay. I'll be there." Y/n said before hanging up.
"I'm sorry baby." Y/n apologized to Ariana.
"It's okay." Ariana smiled and pecked Y/n's lips.
But Y/n knew it was a lie.
"I'll be back soon." Y/n said before getting up and putting on her uniform.
She quickly left the house before driving to work.
Almost everyone was tense and it confused Y/n, something really bad must have happened.
"I'm here." Y/n spoke as she walked into the Assistant Special Agent in Charge's office.
"Good. Hello." Mr. Chadwick shook Y/n's hand.
