"How can I help you?" Ms. Crossroad asked.

"I think you know that better than we do." Y/n said.

"I won't speak without a lawyer." Ms. Crossroad said.

"Then call your lawyer. We've got some things to discuss." Y/n said.

Ms. Crossroad took a deep breath before contacting her lawyer.

"Tell her to go to the FBI building and ask for Y/n Y/l/n." Andy told her and Ms. Crossroad did so.

"And you will have to come with us." Y/n said.

Ms. Crossroad grabbed her jacket and keys before getting in the back of Y/n's car.

The car ride was silent and once they arrived, Ms. Crossroad's lawyer was already waiting for them.

"Hello. I'm Y/n Y/l/n. I'm working on Amani Ayat's case." Y/n introduced herself.

"I'm Jacqueline Johanson. Why is my client here?" Jacqueline asked.

"Your client lied to the FBI about some really important information regarding the missing of a minor." Y/n spoke.

"Can I speak to my client alone first?" She asked.

"Go ahead." Y/n said and lead them to her office.

"Are you ready?" She asked after a while.

"Yes." Jacqueline said before they went to the question room.

"Why did you tell the police you didn't know what exact car Amani was picked up with?" Y/n asked.

"Because I didn't know what car it was." Ms. Crossroad answered.

"And my client also described the car perfectly." The lawyer said.

Andy wrote everything down while Y/n recorded it.

"If you remembered the car so well, Ms. Crossroad, then why didn't you immediately call the police when you saw it again?" Y/n asked.

"I forgot about it." She answered.

"You forgot what exactly? That Amani got inside that car the last time she was seen?" Andy asked.

"Yes." Ms. Crossroad answered.

"With all due respect Ms. Crossroad, you forgot that your 9 year old student, that's been missing for days, was last seen by you getting inside that car?" Y/n asked.

"That's an accusation without any evidence Ms. Y/l/n." Jacqueline said.

"False. That's a simple question Ms. Johanson." Y/n corrected her.

"Why did you lie to the towing service and told them that the car has parked there for over a month when you know that's not true?" Y/n asked.

"It bothered me there and I knew they wouldn't take it if I told them the truth." Ms. Crossroad said.

"Do you know who's car that is?" Y/n asked.

"No." Ms. Crossroad answered.

"Since when has the car been staying there?" Y/n asked.

"I don't know. I just noticed it two days ago." Ms. Crossroad said.

"Did you notice anyone around the car?" Y/n asked.

"No." She answered.

"Did you see anyone clean the car?" Y/n asked.

"My client already told you she hasn't seen anyone around the car." Jacqueline said.

"Ms. Crossroad do you know anything else that could help us find Amani?" Y/n asked.

"No, I don't." She said and Y/n sighed.
