RAEWYN WAS SITTING THINKING ABOUT HER DILEMMA when Rhaeynra barged in; which yes happens to be sometimes a daily occurrence, "Rhaenyra," Rae straightened up.
"I have to talk to you," Rhaenyra told her, "is that alright?"
"Of course, come in," Raewyn urged.
As Rhaenyra walked inside the chambers of Princess Raewyn she noticed how Raewyn was sitting, "is something wrong?"
"Um..." Raewyn had to think, should she bring up Daemon's visit? It could just be between them... It really does feel like it should be like that plus now she's betrothed to Sir Harwin, and she really shouldn't be thinking this way for Daemon at all anymore, "nothing, it's nothing."
"Okay... Anyway, I have to talk to you," Rhaenyra took a deep breath, "my father has named me Heir to the Throne."
Raewyn's eyes widened, "wait, seriously?" She says standing smiling and thinking back to when she was much younger and Rhaenys almost became Queen, but that didn't work out but now Rhaenyra has the chance.
"Yes! I don't know I'm supposed to feel to be completely honest," Rhaenyra began to rant, "I mean it is my duty but, Aunt Rae, I am frightened."
"That a good thing, dear niece," Rae told her.
"How so?" She asked.
"Means you are not stupid, after all, you are now playing the game now," she explained.
"The game?"
Raewyn knew this conversation had to happen with Rhaenyra sooner or later so she continued to explain, "the great game, the game for the throne, right now since you are the claimed Heir so you are the closet. But you must know the great game is terrifying so that feeling you feel isn't invalid at all."
Rhaenyra nods soaking all of that in, "okay... Thank you," she then looks down, "I'm being announced as Heir tomorrow in the throne room, will you be-"
"Of course, I'll be there, are you kidding?" Raewyn asked with a large smile, "I am your biggest supporter, Princess Rhaenyra," she told her with all honesty, she honestly believed Rhaenyra would be a good Queen, a just Queen, and a good mother as well. Viserys did the right thing by naming her Heir... One thing she didn't think much about is Daemon but Rae tries to push him in the back of her mind.
Rhaenyra just smiles.
DAEMON WAS TOLD TO LEAVE THE CITY OF KINGSLANDING AS HE WAS FUMING, he had one thing he had to do believe his leave; talk to Raewyn, he went to her chambers and knocked.
Amaia answered, "Prince Daemon," she told the Princess.
Raewyn felt her heart beat skip a beat, "um, let him in," she hesitated on what to do but decided against her better judgment, "Daemon, what are you doing here?" she asked this time in the regular tongue.
"Can we have a word alone?" Daemon asked side looking at Amaia who was silently judging Daemon.
Rae just nods, "Amaia, you can take your leave for half an hour, if you could please return after that?" she asked her.
"Of course, Princess," Amaia bowed her head before leaving.
"The King has ordered me to leave," Daemon told her in Valerian.
Raewyn knew of this, Viserys had visited her to tell her of this just a bit ago, he felt it was only right since she almost married him. "I heard, you disrespected yet another King, I feel deja vu in this instance, do you not?"
"That does not matter," he rolled his eyes, "I know you Raewyn, you don't want this, maybe you want the idea of it."
"What do you want me to do?" Rae asked, "I'm betrothed to him and you are married!"
