she's sick

I reach over the covers to wrap my arm around Alex's abdomen. I had just tucked Willow in bed and she was sleeping just like a log.

I run my fingers through Al's hair, giving his forehead a peck. It was Willow's first time to go on tour with us and it has all been fine and easy.

Alex was scared to bring her on tour because he thought that he wouldn't have time for her but we both just insisted with it and went with the flow. Everything was going easy and well for Willow.

That was until we heard her cry from her room of our penthouse suite.

Alex lifted his head up and tried to hold himself up right to be able to figure out what his daughter needs.

"It's okay baby, i'll take care of it" I say as I lean in to kiss his plump lips. He lies down afterwards, trying to stay up in case I bring Willow over to our bed.

I walk over to her room to see her sniffling and holding on tightly to the teddy bear she's always had since she was born.

"What's wrong, sweetheart?" I ask her as I reach over to carry her. I push back some strands of hair from her face.

"Here hurts" She says, pointing to her forehead.

"Aw you have a headache" I say as I lean in to kiss her forehead. I try to calm her down first so she doesn't make her headache worse by having a runny nose.

"I'll get you some meds alright?" I assure her. She can keep Al company while I journey to mine and Alex's bathroom to find the painkillers I bought for our daughter.

"You wanna lie down with daddy while I look for your meds?" I ask her and she nods. I walk over to our room to see Alex all smooshed up in the pillow. He looked adorable. He wakes up when he hears Willow call him.

"Daddy" She whispers and cuddles up to him. He looks up at me and with a confused face to why she was crying.

"She's got a headache" I say and he nods.

"Tell daddy what's wrong baby" He whispers to her. He puckers his lips and she kisses them which I found so adorable. Once I found the painkillers and a glass of water, I went back to the room.

"Sit up luv" Alex tells his daughter and she listens. She takes the meds and pulls a disgusted face which made me and Alex chuckle. He rubs her back up and down to sooth and calm her down.

"I not feel better" She squirms, cuddling closer to my chest.

"You gotta give it time to kick in sweetheart" Alex says. As he explained she just fell asleep on me. She subconsciously reached over to hold Alex's hand and he kisses her hand.

"I love you baby" He says to me and gives me a long and passionate kiss.

"I love you both." He states, also giving Willow a kiss on the cheek.
