the three girls could barely hold in their excitement, the first time any of them had went to the popular restaurant ever, when they all reached said restaurant the three girls didn't waste any time rushing inside, katie reached out to her sister calling out to them gently " Girls, don't rush off like that." 

" Sorry miss katie"

" Sorry sissy"  

once everyone was inside, they all piled into a booth, the sisters on one side while autumn sat on the other, the three of them babbled about whatever show they all watch after they got home from school, meanwhile the adults were speaking about recent events when fresh had stopped by with pap and blue. sure, it was a shock to see him at first, but they were relieved to see he was doing alright. after a few minutes of walking in the fire monster himself walked up to the group, holding what looked to be Ketchup, mustard, honey, BBQ sauce and something that looked to be strawberry flavored drink, he set each one on the table in front of each skeleton before setting the strawberry drink in front of Katie. Avery was puzzled by this; she turned her head to the fire monster as she spoke " my Sisi didn't order anything yet?" 

" Avery-" Katie looked to grillby with a kind and apologetic smile. " I'm sorry mister grillby." the fire monster smiled warmly at said child, holding a handout a bit before he spoke in a soft, southern tone. " It's alright dear-" he peered over at Avery with that same warm smile " i know your sister didn't order her drink yet, but she is a regular of mine just like these skeletons here" he motions to the skeletons around the table " last time she was here she made a request i keep her strawberry juice her go to drink whenever she comes in here to dine." he explains while the child in front of him made an :O type face. " Mr. Grillby!" a nearby customer shouts to him, it was drunken rabbit with white fur was waving happily to him, the fire monster sighed a bit, straighten himself out before he excused himself from the skeletons table heading over towards said rabbit. autumn during the time of the conversation couldn't keep herself still in the booth, making the table shake a little bit while she looked down at the menu in front of her. red pats the child's head a bit, trying to calm her down so she didn't knock the table over. 

" chill a bit sweetie, don wanna knock the drinks off do ya?"

autumn shook her head, sitting down on the seat with a happy grin, she looks at the drinks first, deciding to get a peach flavored juice and for her food she wanted a burger with just ketchup, mayo and pickles on the side, she doesn't know why she wanted the pickles on the side, but whenever she gets a burger, the pickles have to be on the side. while everyone else got the lunch they wanted Avery began to ask her sister about their middle sibling Ava. " oh ava? she and Lofi said they found a place, right near where you guys are actually" she explained while looking over at her skeletal friends, mutt raised a bone brow at her " really? that's pretty cool i guess, are they family of yours?" Katie nods at him, explaining all of her family to the lot of them while autumn noticed a scraggly looking man standing by the restaurant window, he looked like he had no home, and hungry too with the way his mouth was watering. autumn looked down at her food for a moment, gears going through her head before she disappeared under the table scaring her skeletal parents. she popped up on the outside of the booth, heading over to the bar where she tried desperately to climb the bar stool. grillby leaned over the counter, watching the child to make sure she didn't fall over, when she had finally got on top of the stool, she gave grillby a serious pout. The fire monster in front of her became serious as well, the two of them were silent for a moment before sans popped up beside autumn. " if you wanted to meet him personally kiddo, you could have just asked-" 

" uncle grillby..."

" yes?..." 

autumn fiddled with her hands a little bit, looking back at the man standing outside " c..can...can i get something for that man outside?" both grillby and sans peered over where autumn was pointing, spotting the scraggly man sitting on the side of the road, sadness filled in his eyes while different people from both humans and monsters passed him by. sans smiled warmly at autumn, nodding at grillby who nodded back before heading towards the back to get this man something to eat. while they waited, sans placed a hand on autumn's head, ruffling her hair a bit. " good on you kiddo, im sure that man is gonna be very happy when you hand him his meal to him" after a few more minutes, grillby came back with a brown paper bag, a little bit of grease seeped on to bottom part of, autumn couldn't help but flinch a bit, maybe papa papyrus and papa edge were right, greasy food may not be the best thing to eat all the time, but in this case it's ok, because someone really needs it right now, autumn couldn't wait any longer, she gripped on to the bag bowing to grillby a bit with a " thank you" before hopping off the stool, stumbling a little before rushing off to the front of the restaurant, not even paying attention to her other papa's calling out to her. autumn pushed the door open, scarring the man a little, once he saw the child, he smiled warmly at her. " Hello little one" autumn approached the man, standing by his side for a few moments before she handed him the bag of food, the man was surprised at first, but accepted the bag happily, tears flowed down his face while after he took that first bite of his burger, autumn began to get a little worried. " Do you not like it?" 

" no no little one, i love it...thank you so much..."

" don't thank me, thank my uncle grillby, he's the one who made it" the man stood to his feet, still holding the bag in his hands while he hunched over a bit, the way he hunched made him look a little short. " Take me to him?" autumn nods a bit, taking one of the man's hands in to hers while she led him through the doors of the restaurant, her group who was watching her the whole time smiled at her while she brought him to the bar, where the man greeted grillby with a soft bow. Avery and Kathy watched closely, wanting to know what they were saying to each other before the man frantically began to shake grillby's hand. the two girls looked at one another before sitting back down in their seat when autumn and the man came back over. 

" Are you the little girl's family?" he asked while fiddling with the paper bag in his hands " this young girl of yours is a life saver...i am forever grateful for what she has done for me" autumn smiled at the man, hugging his leg softly before going back under the table, popping back up in her seat where she began to wat again. mutt seemed a little confused by this situation, along with everyone else, well everyone expect sans, who was leaned against the table with his arms propping his chin up a bit. " no problem mister?...."

" Harold, you can call me Harold". Harold looked over to autumn, giving her once last thank you before he disappeared through the front door, leaving the gaggle of friends absolutely confused.
