Third pov

Autumn sat with her head held down, tears pricking the sides of her eyes as sans and papyrus starred down at her, worry and a bit of sadness in their eyes.  Toriel sitting close by, looking a little disappointed by the situation.

It was a little awkward for a few minutes, different stares from disappointment, worry and a few angry surprisingly, maybe the anger wasn't for her. Papyrus decided to break this awkward silence by clearing his throat. " UM...LITTLE ONE, WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO LEAVE WITH MISS TORIEL?"

Autumn looked away from them, pushing her fingers together as she shamefully looked at the table, those little tears pricking the sides of her eyes falling down her cheeks.

" Cuz....cuz she wasn't the one who saved me from my family...."

"Sweetling...." Edge began, only to have autumn interrupted him " and...and I'm tired of moving...I just got out of moving...and I've made new friends here, I don't wanna leave....please don't make me leave..."

Sans sighs a little, rubbing his forehead a little before he spoke " look kiddo, even if we did let you stay, we don't have the money or the room for a child.."

" What...what about that room I slept in..."

Sans paused for a moment, thinking about autumns words before nodding his head side to side. " ok fair, that could be your room if you did stay here, but we don't have the money to provide stuff for you.."

" Like what?"

This is where Toriel jumped in, smiling sweetly as she explains to autumn. " Darling, he's talking about school, doctor appointments, dentist appointments!, Sans and his brothers are all packed with all kinds of work...you have to come with me dear child"

Autumn shook her head, crossing her arms over her chest as she pouts at the group in front of her. " I'm not- going" Toriel shook her head and stood up in front of her, placing her hands on the table as she gave autumn a motherly like glare, it didn't work on autumn of course, but that didn't stop Toriel from scolding her.

" You don't have a choice in this matter young lady, you're going to leave with me and that's final"

" Why can't I have a decision? I deserve to have a say in this! I've had enough of adults deciding things for me! And invaliding how I feel!" Autumn blurted out, slamming her hands on the table, startling Toriel and some of the other skeletons nearby. Some were a little shocked by her outburst, papyrus, blue, sans, and Toriel were there scolding her for her sudden outbursts and slamming her hands on the table.

The others such as edge, red, black, mutt...were all well...smiling and standing proud that autumn stood up to the queen, she was acting a bit entitled anyway. After Toriel scolded her for a minute or two she placed her hands on her hips, huffing out a little as she peered down at the child in disappointment. " No more arguing child, we are leaving, gather your things and get ready. Now."

" No."

A scoff escaped toriel's muzzle like mouth, she placed a hand over her chest in an offensive way. " I beg your pardon child? Did you just say-"

" No! I'm not going, I'm not leaving my friends behind, I'm not leaving my family! I will not move again! I'm tired of moving!" Getting tired of the arguing autumn pushed her self on to the floor,running off once more only to crash in to another person. It was wine.  He perked his head up a bit as he starred down at the small child, his gloved hands placed behind his back as he spoke to her.

" Dear Child, Is That Anyway To Behave?"

Autumn shook her head, lowering it a bit in shame, wine smiled a bit at him, placing a hand on her head as he looked up to his siblings, grimacing at the sight of the queen standing in front of him. " NOW, TELL ME WHY MY NEW DAUGHTER IS UPSET."

Everyone at the table, especially Toriel was taken aback, just how wine and his brother liked it. " Y...you? What do you mean YOUR daughter" wine lifts a few papers up in front of Toriel, she glared down at them before letting out a fistraded growl. " The...these are adoption papers? How did you get the law to-"

" It wasn't the law that passed it, it was our little one's parents who did" kofi spoke softly, appearing behind his brother randomly while he held autumn in his arms. Toriel slammed the papers on the glaring over at sans who sat beside her.

"Sans! We agreed that the child was coming with me!" Sans only shrugged his shoulders at her, a lazy grin planted on his face as he leaned back in his chair

" dunno what to tell you tori, I had no notion that wine and kofi went out and adopted her, you want to see her so bad, you can come and visit, but...it's been decided. Kiddo is staying here with us."
