I feel like you should hear this though you know it already...

When I say I love you I mean you matter to me
That it's joy to me to know you're fine
I mean that I worry about your health and your wealth
I mean your emotional status is my concern
I mean my heart throbs at every glance of your smile
I mean that though I know you're not perfect, you're just perfect for me
I mean that I value you and cherish every moment with you
Sometimes I leave the maddening crowds and just think about you
Sometimes I ignore the insufferable voices and just want to listen to you
I mean that I smile to myself when I hear your name
It's very utterance washes away my pain and shame
I mean that I am angry at myself when I make you sad and disappoint you
Even though I know you will forgive me the pain still holds true
To not see you makes me hunger for you
I mean that I literally salivate when I hear from you
So please meet me in between and satiate my desire for you
I mean I will always appreciate you and I shall always adore you

Please understand I say this with utter sincerity.
When I say I love you I mean I really love you
