CHAPTER SIX . . .
. . . THE KAMO CLAN !

The clouds around Kamo's estate had never been grayer than that day. The head paced to the estate hastily, no one could stop him. After his encounter with the girl, they all looked at him wearily, as if they were afraid to ask him what he asked. His formal wear was tattered by wrinkles, and his face held a few drops of sweat. It made the people around him shiver in fear.

One servant was able to pick up enough courage to ask him what occurred previously. He followed the master's long strides into the library.

He seemed to be looking for something. The servant gulped and spoke, breaking the tension, "Master, what happened? Who is that girl?"

The servant asked slowly as if he was afraid of angering the head. But for the entire minute, the head stayed silent as he searched the pits of the hidden library, only a few were allowed to enter and gain access to the historic scrolls.

He watches the Kamo head unlock and enter the pit of secrets no one like a servant can foresee. Why would he need to go to the library?

Finally, Kamo walked back up from the stairs of the hidden compartment of the room, a few scrolls in his grasp, "She is something I haven't heard of for centuries. She is a Kamo but her blood..." he whispered to himself, not acknowledging the servant in front of him.

The servant's expression turned from concern to shock, "She's a Kamo?" An outsider girl is of the Kamo blood, how could this be true?

But he can ignore the signs of it, especially when his master collapses in front of the girl, holding a droplet of her blood. Kamo walked past the servant to lay down a few scrolls on the table near him, speaking without turning to him, "Do you remember the history of the evolution of Kamo's technique throughout the centuries?"

"Yes sir." He could retell the beginning of that evolution. The Kamo's are one of the three strongest Jujutsu Clans, it is the reason for their blood techniques.

Although there has been a dark stain within their history, they've attempted to make right by it over the centuries after the cursed event. He listened to his master's words carefully.

"Then, you must know, that girl holds a centuries-old technique in her roots, one that no one in this clan knows. One which is the most dangerous one in the world, " he stated with such a tone, that it sounded emotionless.

The servant could hear a scroll open up as his eyes widened upon realization.

Just what cure technique does this girl possess? Why is my master telling me this instead of the Elders of the other heads?

"How? How does an outsider know of it?"

Kamo coughs harshly, his hand on his mouth to stop it. He took in a deep breath, "I have no clue, it must be from her lineage."

Kamo stopped as the black-haired Zen'in crossed his mind. He was the only way to get to the girl. "Let's just hope Zen'in goes with his words.

With the environment slowly once again becoming too suffocating to stay in, the servant secretly went to the exit door.

Before he opened it, Kamo spoke up, "Before you go, do you remember the girl's name?"

"No, I don't think Zen'in said it," the servant finished, anxiously awaiting to be sent off. Kamo scoffed, more like giving a humorous snort, "That's unfortunate."

Before leaving, the servant looked at the back of the head, "Sir? What will we do if your suspicions are true?"

Kamo turned to meet the eyes of the servant, "I must tell the elders and convince them not to execute her and roll our own dice. One that will benefit the clan greatly."
