Gojo is a light sleeper because he's never felt safe in his entire life, always having a target on his back. Alongside this, overworking often leads him to take afternoon naps to catch a few hours of rest since the man canonically sleeps only three hours ):
To ensure the man has at least 1 1/2 hours of rest, Miran uses her heighten mobility to move around the house quietly, not even creaking the floor. She makes sure everyone knows not to disturb him wherever he laid, the bed or couch. My girl literally guards him.
