before jaune and the resistance revealed themselves and that the missing jaune arc is one of the resistance...and the fact he was given amnesia by all the students of beacon academy, jaune told ozpin that he arrested teams RWBY & JNPR for what they've done and asked for them to be expelled for what they've done to him, which ozpin had no choice but to do so
After the resistance leaked footage of jaune being bullied and beaten by the students of beacon academy and after jaune told them that he got amnesia from them as a result of the bullying and being left for dead, everyone in the 4 kingdoms were BALLISTIC after hearing about that and demanded that beacon academy to be shut down for good and riots were out on the streets of vale...but some certain parents were mad that they learned that their certain kids were also involved in bullying jaune and leaving him to die, which gave him amnesia as a result
(at the resistance base, outside of vale)
we see teams RWBY & JNPR in their cells, looking down and feeling guilt and regret, but they were even more sad after hearing from a resistance trooper that they've been expelled and that jaune revealed to everyone of what beacon did
then ren sees Thud walk towards their cells
Thud: you got visitors, and they aren't happy.
he said as both teams see their families (which are Tai, Qrow, Raven, The Belladonna couple, & Winter) and see they look really mad
Winter: WEISS, HOW COULD YOU!!!!???
she angrily screamed
Kali: i can't believe you blake, you knew jaune is a family friend of ours and you left him to die.
she said while having neutral eyes
Ghira: and now he has amnesia because of you.
he said with no emotion whatsoever
Qrow: Ruby, Yang, what you two did was the worst thing no one would ever do.
Tai: and i think it's time to tell you two this...back in my day, i knew that qrow & raven faked their way in beacon, but except that i let them explain their reasons on why they did it, even summer understood too.
Raven; if she was alive right now, she would be ashamed of you both.
she said, making ruby & yang's hearts break after hearing that
Winter: honestly sister, you said you were nothing like father here...but what you did was so like him.
she said as she glared at weiss, who is about to cry
Winter: don't even think about calling me again, you're dead to me.
she said as she walked out of cells, then out of the base, even the belladonna couple & the remains of team STRK walked out as well as they couldn't even look at them in the eyes anymore
after they left, weiss started crying loudly with yang holding her as she cried and as ruby & blake looked at them with guilt, regret & sympathy

(back with jaune on the crimson light)
we see jaune, in his room thinking about whether he should accept his old family's offer of being an arc again or not, despite what he learned about the real reason why he was disowned, but his old family had a good reason on why they didn't tell him, so after some careful thinking....
Jaune: (sigh) if me and ash want to have a kid, he/she might as well want a grandma, some aunts, and a cousin or something.....i kind a have to accept their offer.
he said as ash entered the room
ash: i heard what you said.
she said
jaune: GAH!!
he yelped as he fell off the bed, making ash laugh for a bit
