Kelly laid in the bed of the hospital high out of her mind. She's recovering from her surgery and her family took advantage of that. Well Axel was. He kept messing with her no matter how many times Chris and Jasmine told him to stop.
"Hey little sis" Axel walked into the room with food that Jasmine asked him to go get.
Kelly turned her head slowly towards the sound of Axel's voice, her eyes barely open. Chris sat on the side of her, playing with her hair.
"Are you hungry?" Jasmine asked as she handed out the food to everyone.
Kelly just made a noise and closed her eyes while laying her head on her dad's shoulder. Lindsay sat off to the side with the twins who were sleeping as well. During the whole surgery, they refused to settle down for a long time but as soon as Kelly came in for recovery, they calmed down and fell asleep. Lindsay wouldn't admit it but she was a little jealous that the twins settled down for their sister and not when she tried.
"I never seen her this out of it before" Ocean stared at her sister amazed at how high she was.
She FaceTimed Gelo and showed him laughing.
"Oh, she's gone" Li'Angelo laughed, and Kelly mustered up the strength to flip him off.
She started to fall back asleep when she heard the door open again. She didn't open her eyes to see who it was but she felt a hand slip into hers a few moments after and smiled a bit.
"Hi Maddie" she mumbled and Maddie smiled back.
"How are you feeling?" Maddie asked and Kelly turned her head towards her girlfriend.
"Like I'm floating" she giggled and that made everyone else in the room laugh.

Kelly thanked Maddie as she held the door to the cafe open for her and went inside. Her security stood nearby as the couple sat down for their little date. Kelly put her crutches to the side and looked at the menu.
"How does it feel to be able to move around again?" Maddie asked Kelly who looked up at her with a smile.
"Amazing. I was tired of Axel messing with me" she laughed, and Maddie chuckled.
"I saw his Instagram stories. It seemed like your mom was about to kill him" Maddie shook her head at the memories.
"Now I can swing my crutches on him" The curly haired girl smiled.
The two ordered when the waitress came over and waited for their orders to come. They were just chatting when two people she did not want to see walk over. Vincent and his girlfriend. Kelly sighed and gave Maddie a look before the two stopped in front of them.
"Hey" Vincent spoke but kept his eyes on Kelly.
"Hey" Kelly mumbled, looking at her knee brace. "What are you guys doing here?"
