"Sometimes, I think you're trying to choke me out when you grab me like this" Kelly laughed as Melo wrapped his arm across her neck while they stood, looking at one of the options for an house.

"Possibly" he smirked, pulling her along to keep looking at the apartment.

"I mean it's nice" Kelly moved his arm, walking along the halls of the home. "Has enough rooms to turn one into a nursery. Can turn other ones into bedrooms for the twins" she smiled a bit as she found a downstairs bedroom. "And a downstairs bedroom? Okay I see you. No knee pain" she laughed.

"You and your injuries" Lamelo looked up from his phone.

"Says you who just recovered from an ankle injury" Kelly rolled her eyes at him, going to the kitchen.

She looked around, feeling the counters and looking at the fridge, satisfied.

"And how much is it going for?" Kelly looked at her baby father, closing the fridge.

He didn't say anything and she narrowed her eyes at him. She knew what that meant. It was a lot of money that he didn't want her to know because then she wouldn't let him pay.

"I told you I don't want you paying millions for a house for me. I'm fine with an apartment that has rent way less than this" Kelly told him, annoyed that he's just spending money when he didn't need to.

"I'm not letting you bring my child home to an apartment with people who can hear through the walls of can break in" he told her and Kelly huffed.

"My child too and it's still in my body so it really has no choice where it goes" she told him who waved her off.

"Do you want the house or not?" He asked and she stared at him.

"Not if it's over a couple million" she shook her head.

"Define a couple" he scratched his head and Kelly threw her head back.

"Not over 2 million" she responded back and Lamelo made a face which confirmed that it was way over the price range. "Not everyone needs a 10 million dollar home with all those rooms like you, Melo" I

"Move in with me then" he suggested and she started laughing.

"Me? Move in with you? Please" she stopped laughing. "You moving a little too fast for my liking"

"Too fast? We're having a kid" Lamelo rolled his eyes.

"So?" She chuckled. "Fine, I'll take the house" she crossed her arms. "But only if you allow me to buy the groceries and furniture"

"Deal" he wrapped his arm back around her. "Let's go sign some papers and get the money"

Back in LA, Ocean was with her family having a little family day.

"So you really let her go out there to buy a house to be with that boy?" Axel asked as they sat outside at the table.

"Yes. She's 18 and is pregnant who wants to raise her child with the father" Jasmine nodded. "Who am I to stop that from happening. I did the exact same thing with your father. We were together for 4 years before he passed"

"You can't protect her forever" Destiny said as she rocked Izayah to sleep in her arms. "She's gonna do things that you don't like. You should be happy her and LaMelo are on good terms"

He just hummed, holding his oldest son who was soaking wet from the kiddie pool they had.

"I still don't like her moving all the way across the country to be with him" he shook his head.

"She's doing what's best for her child. He lives there because his team is there. She's on a break from work so it's more convenient for her to go" Ocean tried to explain. "Axel, you were never this protective of me when it came to relationships or in general"
