Kelly laid in her bed, not feeling well as Lamelo rubbed her stomach gently. This pregnancy was kicking her ass today of all days. It was the day of the gender reveal. She didn't want to postpone it since her and Lamelo's friends and family flew out to attend.
"I told you we don't have to do it today" Lamelo told her but Kelly shook her head.
"Everyone is already here. I just need a few minutes" she told him, laying her arms over her eyes. "Please don't let your dad be loud today"
Lamelo laughed making Kelly smile a bit. The man couldn't help but be loud. They could hear him downstairs talking at the moment, anyway. Sitting up slowly with the help of melo, she took a deep breath.
"That made me nauseous" she mumbled before getting up to go to the bathroom. "Do you have your outfit?"
"Yea, I have it in the car" he watched her closely.
"What time is it now?" Kelly then asked, turning on the bath.
"It's 12" he followed her into the bathroom, watching Kelly get in the bath tub fully clothed. "Girl, what are you doing?"
"I don't know" she mumbled, leaning back in the bath. "But it's making me feel better"
Kelly closed her eyes and she could heard his footsteps leaving the bathroom. As much as she already loved her baby, she was starting to regret keeping the pregnancy. This wasn't for the weak. Soon, she heard footsteps again and opened her eyes to see Lamelo with her bubble bath, their clothes and her slippers.
"Take off your clothes please" he told her and Kelly stood up in the bath, taking off her clothes, leaving her in her underwear before Lamelo added the bubble bath and hopped in with her.
"Thank you" she mumbled, lying on him.
"I mean I put the baby in you so I'll do whatever you want" he laughed as she traced his tattoos.
"I told myself I'd be married before I have a baby" she said, caressing her belly. "Now look at me"
"Damn, you say that like it's a bad thing" he looked at her.
"It not but it is I guess" she shrugged. "Being married and having a child is different from just having a child. It's a different kind of commitment"
"So what you're saying is you wish you weren't pregnant right now" LaMelo said and Kelly shook her head.
"No, I'm saying I wish I had waited until
I was married to get have a baby" she told him. "So I'm a sense yea I wish I wasn't pregnant right now"He didn't say anything for a while and she assumed he either didn't know what to say or was mad at her. It's usually one of the two. Sitting up, she slid up in the bath and turned to face him, playing with the bubbles in the water.
"I hope it's a boy" he then spoke up, changing the subject.
Glancing up at him, she hummed and nodded her head.
"I hope it's a girl" she then said. "We need another girl to even out the grandchildren. Axel has two boys, Ocean has a girl. She needs a girl cousin"
"Nah, I feel like it's a boy" Lamelo shook his head.
"You just want a junior and it'll never happen with me" Kelly shook her head. "So you can get it out of your head. Maybe you're next baby mother will do it"
"Nah, I'm having my kids have one mom" he said and Kelly stared at him.
"I'm not having another kid with you. We're not even together" Kelly reached over, putting the bubbles on his face.
