today billie is going to meet my family. i haven't told my family i was dating anyone or anything so.

i just told them i was bringing someone with me for dinner. apparently lyric is also bringing someone.

when billie asked me to be her valentine i was so happy. i wasn't expecting it and it was just so cute. no one has ever did that for me before.

currently my mom and dad is talking to billie asking her questions about her life.i'm helping my mom add the topping to the cheesecake.

"so how long have you two been friends?" my dad asks billie

"actually...billie is my girlfriend" i say

"it's about time you accept your true self" my mom roll her eyes

"ayana it was very clear every since you were young that you liked girls." my mom say

"you seem to make my daughter happy so that's all that matters." my dad say

"honestly happier than she was with that guy john. i hate him so much for what he did to you" my mom say

"who do you think she's bringing?" i ask

my mom roll her eyes at what my dad say. "how long have you two been together?" billie suddenly asks

"twenty four years" my mom say before kissing my dad

suddenly the front door opens and billie opens her water bottle gulping down water.

i roll my eyes already annoyed. billie grabs my hand and squeezes it.
