chapter ten

               Amelia's Pov
I pull her arm into the theater with people looking over to us like i was forcing a child to watch a scary movie. "Why are we here again?" She asks whining and i can't help but chuckle at the voice she's using with her thick accent making it even more funny.

"Because you my friend haven't watched the most epic movie ever and it's a crime for me to let you off easy,"

"what's so good about it anyway?" She asks making me fake gasp dramatically. "Another word and i won't have a choice but to die of second hand embarrassment for you,"i say but she's still unphased rolling her eyes. Once i get our tickets and snacks courtesy of her gold card we go in. "But there's no one here," she says throwing her arms in the air.

"That's because everyone but you has watched this movie loud pants now shush,"

"why are you shushing me and you've watched it before?" She asks but my death glare is enough before the lights are dimmed so the movie can start. Fabiana has been letting lose Abit since Riley came over, and by has been i mean me practically forcing her to do things she's never done before when not overworking. She's a hard but to crack but I'm not giving up that easy especially because it gets boring when you can't talk to a person you're living with. Parlami d'amore was one of my favourite movies to see in the theater growing up and it shocked me that Fabiana had never heard of it.

"Did you like it?" I ask expectantly ready to shove her back to rewatch it if she didn't because how?" Actually i didn't understand it properly,"she says honestly and i try my best to explain it and once she's got the whole love triangle thing she gets why it's a good movie. "Why would you need lessons to seduce someone?" She asks rhetorically but i answer anyway."Because sometimes you need to get out of your comfort zone to go for something you want,"i say simply. "We still have time before it's completely dark, what do you want to do next?"i ask. My sister and i always found reasons to be out of the house and it was fun especially because Ophelia and our friends were older and she looked up to us.

"I'm ready to go home actually,"she says and i open my mouth to disagree but refrain because she let me bring her here and i had to respect her space as well so i agree and we head home. I'm surprised to find Ava at the house waiting, with a tensed Diana next to her. "It's okay Diana she's my sister,"i say reassuring her that nothing will happen to her job. Fabiana just goes up to her room not even bothered to greet my sister or wait to be introduced. "Wow grumpy much?" Ava says analysing the house.

"She's like that after a day out,"i say
almost as if i know her too well.

"How did you find this address Ava?"

"I put a gps tracker on your phone,"she says casually like it wasn't invasion of privacy. "Who was that and why are you living in such a huge house?"she asks getting to the point. "I'm married to her,"i say nervously. "You're what? What about Brianna, she loved you and you dumped her for someone else?"

"Ava it's not like that i-"

"what's gotten into you? Is it because she's richer or something?"

"No I-"

"All this time i just thought she did something wrong but it was you all along?"

"Can you let me fucking talk! I don't need approval from  anyone regarding whom i choose to be with and Brianna wasn't who you thought she was," i say but she just shakes her head disapprovingly. "I left the box in the kitchen, you don't deserve love at all,"she says walking out and I'm confused about why she's defending Bria like that without even wanting to hear my side. Maybe it was because they grew close over the years with her practically living in my house.
