I walked out of the bathroom in time to catch a glimpse of Damon taking a girl back to where the dance is. I rolled my eyes and went the same direction.

How could I think Damon would be possible of not flirting with anyone for one night. Elena had stopped dancing with Stefan and was resting by the table we had claimed. I walked over to her as my phone began to vibrate in my bra. Elena laughed as she saw me struggle to pull it out from the top of my baby pink shirt.

Letting out a groan I set the phone on the table and 'Lena leaned forward to see who it was. "You're not going to answer it?"

It was a number I didn't recognized. "Nah, probably just scams." I took her red cup with a grin, blowing her a kiss and a wink I chugged the rest of it. I never answer numbers I don't already have saved. Never know what bullshit people try to sell you. Or tell you.

"Stefan, looking nice," I said smiling as he came close to us. His forehead was glistening with sweat from dancing with 'Lena. From behind him my eye caught a man in a black jacket, his hood up covering his face with a shadow casted over him. "Stefan, behind you back corner." I stuttered, my mouth dry. I smack his arm until he turned around and saw the guy start walking back and away from us.

"Go. Get Damon." I didn't waste time to get up and look for the older Salvatore brother. I took Elena's wrist and dragged her with me so that she won't get attacked or out of my sight.

"Wait." She pulled me back and I almost flew into her. She held her phone to her ear answering a call.

"Are you kidding me? We don't have time for this, tell your friend to wait till later." I groaned, my head moving side to side to look for Damon, but I wasn't tall enough to look over the heads of the people around us.

"Don't you dare touch him." Elena growled, she was looking directly at a guy behind Jeremy. "Come on. We have to run." She pulled me with her this time through the back doors.

"Was that him? Seriously, why does he have to be hot." I yelled running with her. We passed three halls and made it to the double doors leading to the main parking lot but even as I tried to kick it open there was a chain keeping it locked. "Asshole!"

Elena tugged me in the direction of the cafeteria. We ran across to the room to the other exit doors. "Oh wait. I took stuck my hand up in my head and undid my hair by pulling out my wand and pointed to the chain. "Alohomor—" The man shoved me to the door he had sped to us and slapped the wand out of my hand. "My wand! That limited edition, you know?!"

"Hangelina, run!" I tried to, but he pulled my hair and tossed me aside like I weight nothing. Did wonders to my self-esteem, but it hurt me physically. He took Elena by the back of her head taking her hair in a fist and throwing her over a table. She rolled landing on the floor with papers and pencils around her. She snatched the woodened pencils and got up in time to stab him in the gut. He hunched over and groaned. I got up and looked for my wand.

The slams and crashes were hurting my head. I yelled at them to shut up my hands curled and turned pale at how tight I held them closed. He fell back like he was pushed by a strong force. I didn't have time to think of how I did that, but he was far enough for Elena to run to my side and get behind me. I took the mop that was leaning on a vending machine. I held it under my knee and pulled both end up breaking it in half. He sprinted to me, I thought I would be able to hurt him, but he grabbed it out of my hands. He smiled at me before tossing it somewhere behind him and then launched at my neck to bite me.
