Chapter 2: Winds of Change

Y/n's Pov:

I don't really know what happened in that war against the Anacondrai but I don't know if I want to.

Ever since than Sensei Wu and the rest of the Ninja had been helping me train, learn this, Spinjitsu, sharpen my fighting skills, etc... I was even given a Silver ninja outfit that had some small changes to make it fit where I came from, which I'm glad about. He even told me about the tech stuff around here and everything else.

Everyday was almost the same which got quite boring after a while but it has been fun to fight the Ninja with my Gronckle Iron doubled sided battle axe that Heather helped me make.

I could tell who was the blacksmith of the group because of the way the asked me about my weapon. But one thing has been stuck in my head ever since that day.

Morro, I'm new to this whole power thing and out of no where the atmosphere shifts and I hear a voice in my head. That's not normal and if that's normal here than, I don't know what normal exactly is anymore.

I mean hearing a voice in your head is like Tuffnut talking to Macy his mace. His mace doesn't even respond to him. Though I would never actually try to tell him that. Even though I should but I didn't and now Macy is dead. Which was sad watching the funeral.

I'm getting off topic today was about me training with Lloyd, Jay, and Cole. While Kai, Nya, and Zane go help Sensei Wu out with something in this Tea shop had had for apparently his retirement. I mean Gothi who is our elder isn't even on retirement she heals the village and gets around just fine. Even if she can't talk.

So now here we are out in front of the tea shop training. I was wearing my silver ninja gi and D/n was just laying down and watching.

"Alright, how about some target practice. You throw your double sided axe at the target and we'll see where you are on weapon training." Lloyd said

"How's it feel to be the teacher Lloyd?" Cole asked

"I know what you're trying to do, and it feels good and I'm glad it's not me who's the one learning." Lloyd said

"What's that supposed to mean?" I questioned

"Nothing, just throw your really cool double sided axe now." Jay said

"Okay." I said

I then opened it up before spinning it around in my hand and throwing it at the target and getting it right in the middle.

"How's that?" I asked

They just stood there with the eyes in shock.

I then sighed "I told you guys I'm a dragon rider and I had to learn how to protect my self you know and I lived in a village where we were trained to fight dragons but that changed."

They all looked at each other before looking back at me.

"Let's try your elemental power control." Cole said

'Oh, great.'

I then focused and held my hand out and summoned a ball of pure white power.

"Huh, that was surprising a bit easier than I thought." I said

"Y/n, what's your element?" Lloyd asked

"Phantom, why?" I asked

"That power looked kinda similar to Lloyd's." Cole said

D/n than roared before blasting a target.

"Hey, I get you wanna train as well. But I promise we'll do it in a bit and I'll take you on your favorite night rides tonight." I said
