" Ao'nung," Ronal called, walking onto the sand. She looked at the water seeing her seven year old son that seemed to be hiding something with his one hand under water and an innocent smile on his face. " Where is your sister?"

" Don't know. Sorry, mother." Ao'nung responded with a shrug on his shoulders.

Ronal sent him a stern look and the young boy sighed, lifting his arm up from the water. Six years old, Tÿlana came up and shoved her brother with as much force her tiny arms could handle.

" Ao'nung! What is wrong with you?!" She yelled at him and splashed water at his face. He rolled his eyes before grabbing her head and turning it to their mother.

" Come, Tÿa." Ronal had a small smile plastered on her face. The little girl turned to her brother, splashing him one more time before running out of the water to her mother with a giggle.

" Where is Tsireya?" Tÿlana asked her mother, looking around to see if her little sister was anywhere near.

" With your father. Do not worry about her, I have things to show you." Ronal held out a hand to her eldest daughter. The young Metkayina girl took her hand and they walked to their marui pod.

The mother and daughter sat in their pod for hours, Ronal had begun to teach her daughter the ways of the Tsahík. The role never seemed to interest Tÿlana but she'd do anything for her people and to please her parents. Ao'nung was the child that got to learn the warrior-like things while she learned medicine and healing the people.

" Very good, maite. " Ronal smiled.

" Mother, it's portrait time." Ao'nung breathed out as he poked his head into the marui, seeming out of breath. Ronal gave her son a nod and got up. The mother and children walked to the main part of the beach. The village's drawer was there with Tonowari and Tisreya.

The Chief had his youngest daughter in his arms while Ronal stood next to him. The eldest two stood in front of their parents. They all smiled and the drawer began.

Tÿlana was walking throughout her village, occasionally helping out with small things when she saw someone in need of help.

It was one thing her parents said would be helpful to the clan later on when her brother would lead. Her mother always told her that she had a kind spirited soul and a heart of gold but then again, she made sure her parents only saw her do the good. Only her siblings, that includes Rotxo, and some of their friends would see Tÿlana misbehave. Her excuse was always that she had to be a good role model for Tsireya because obviously Ao'nung couldn't be.
