SITTING alone in sand, facing the moon, enjoying the fresh air while watching the dancing waves, is what made me feel at peace. I will never forget this day, I promise myself.
"What are you doing?" Nilingon ko kung saan nanggaling ang tanong na iyon.
"just enjoying the fresh air" I said.
Tumango tango ito at tumabi saakin, ibinaling din niya ang atensyon kung saan ako nakatingin.

"Meron ba akong kailangan malaman?" I asked her.
She instantly look at me.
"w-wala" agad niyang sagot.
"Peon, you can just tell me what's going on. Malay mo makatulong ako"
She looked back at the sea and took a deep breath.
"I'm tired of chasing. I've given everything, including my most precious body, but I don't think that's enough for him"
"Peon, You wouldn't have given everything if you knew that the person wasn't interested in you. Kasi sahuli, ikaw lang talaga ang masasaktan" I said
"s-siguro, it's time to stop..." Lumingon ito saakin "right Yara?"
I just nodded.
"Btw, who's that guy?" I asked her. Nakita ko ang pag-aalinlangan niya.
"I don't think you know h-" she didn't finish what she had to say when our attention was focused on the man who had just arrived.
"I'm sorry man, I just went to see someone" ani nito kay Caleb.
Babalik ko na sana ang topic namin kanina. Pero natigilan nalang ako at napatingin kay Peony na ngayo'y nakatingin kay Kai.
"Gwapo ba?" Tanong ko dito.
Nakita ko ang maliit na ngiting naka guhit sa labi niya.
what if ipakilala ko siya kay Kai, maybe she will forget that man, when I introduce her to Kai.

"Hinayaan mo naman?" Tanong ko ulit

Mariin kong ipinikit ang mga mata ko at uminga ng malalim, I think it's time to tell them "siya si Luke Willow. Lily's ex"
"What?!!" Sabay nilang sigaw, kaya napatingin saamin lahat ng atensyon ng mga taong nandoon.
"What's the matter?" Agad na salubong saakin ni Caleb.
"Nawawala yung kaibigan namin" ani ni Peony.
"What?"
"Kasama niya yung lalaking nag ngangalang Luke" ani naman ni Elodie.
Ngumiti ito "you don't have to worry anymore. Our friend is with her, I know she is safe with Luke"
"No! Kailangan namin siyang hanapin. I can't leave her to that man" inis na sabi ni Peony.
"Then go a head, find her" sabat naman nung naka pamulsang si Kai.
"Talaga" lalagpasan niya na sana si Kai nang mag salita ito

"I can stand it" galit na sabi ni Peony. Lumapit ako sa kaniya at pinilit na pakalmahin siya.
Kai smirks "Oh? you can't even stand everything you promised to me"
Natagalan bago naka sagot si Peony"B-because I'm tired! I'm tired of hoping for nothing" peony said and left.
I was about to follow her but Caleb stopped me "Kai, follow her. Make sure na safe siya."
Kunot noo kong tinignan si Caleb "are you crazy? Mag aaway lang yung mga yun"
"Kesa naman na ikaw ang sumunod? Pano kung may mangyaring masama sa inyo? Let them be, they will be fine" ani ni Caleb at marahan akong hinalikan sa noo.
Maya maya pa ay may biglang sumingit "Uhm, y-yung barbeque nyo. Nasusunog na po" sabat ni Elodie.
"What the fish!" Mura ni Adrian at nag madaling bumalik doon.
WE talked about going home and having dinner at our mansion because Dad called me. I still haven't seen the four go home, so Elod and I started to worry. Sinubukan kong kausapin si Caleb but he always say "they will be fine"
after celebrating, they slept here. while I helped Yaying get ready the room, I couldn't help but think why Nathan wasn't there.
"Cal, b-bakit wala si Nathan?" I immediately asked him when I entered my room.
"Saan kaba nag aalala? Kay Nathan or Kina Luke?"
lumapit ako sa kaniya "Cal, I'm just asking"
"really? You should kiss me para maniwala ako" pabiro ko itong tinampal.
"What's going on with Kai and your girl?" Tanong niya habang naka tingin saakin
"I don't know, hindi ko nga alam na magkilala na sila, I was about to introduce them" ani ko
"Bakit mo naman pinasunod si Kai kang Peony, hindi na tuloy ako natitigil kaka alala"
"Kai really love that girl, hindi niya lang sinasabi. because he is afraid that what happened to him before, will happen again" he said.
"why, what happened to him before?" I asked.
"It's just like what's happening now. There is a girl wants to be with him, so she wants to accompany him wherever he goes. It's like Deja Vu, Kai said. so now he is afraid if the girl he loves will imitate the girl he loved before" sagot ni Caleb.
