I walk slowly into the building and then head in the direction of Jasper's office. Everyone looks at me, and who could blame them? I'm rather attractive. June, the office secretary, makes an effort to dissuade me from going to the office, but I shove her aside. When we get married, she'll be out of a job. I give the wooden doors a knock, and when he doesn't immediately answer, I start to grow suspicious. After a brief pause, he eventually invites me to come on in.

As soon as I step in the door, I see the babysitter or nanny or whatever her name is waiting there. When I realize that she has just been all over him with her hands, my eyes narrow in her direction. It only took one glance to understand everything that had taken place between the two of them. The top button on his dress shirt was undone, he had a touch of ruddiness to his lips, and his hair was a little bit messy. I couldn't help but notice the guilty expression on her face as she watched me, and I knew at that moment that my suspicions were correct.

I had seen enough, and I felt a wave of fury and disappointment flood my veins. It was obvious that they had been intimate with one another. I had suspected that they had been sneaking around behind my back, and now I was sure.

"I'm sorry, was I interrupting something?"

"No," Jasper states before he thanks her and she leaves.

I take a seat at the desk. "What can I do for you?" He asks me.

"I'm not one of your clients Jasper," I cross my legs, "I came by to see if we were still on for tonight?"

"Sorry, I can't, the boys have a huge game tonight and I promised I wouldn't miss it."

I roll my eyes, "fine," I get up and walk toward him, placing a kiss on his cheek but he doesn't budge.

I get up and leave the office before making my way to the elevator. I have always been aware that what is taking place between us is nothing more than a business arrangement that is taking place between him and daddy, but I have never cared about this since I knew that at night, he would be mine. Even if it was just a sexual encounter for him, I don't want anybody else to have him. Despite the fact that my relationship with him may be based solely on sex, I do not want anyone else to share the same experience.

However, ever since the nanny began working for him, he has not once touched me. The elevator door opens and I step in. I know of only one other person who is capable of sorting out this situation, so I take out my phone and give them a call.

"Hello?"

"Hi, baby brother." I smile.

"What's up G?" He asks.

"How's mom? I know, I know. I've meant to fly out there to see you guys but as you know, I'm busy planning my wedding."

"Yeah, more like being sold by dad." He laughs.

"Shut up! That's not why I'm calling."

He laughs, "Alright, why did you call?"

"I have a little problem on my hands."

"Oh ya? What is it?"

"Seems someone is infatuated with my fiance. I need you to fix this little problem."

"Well, you're in luck. I'm already in Toronto." I can hear him laugh and I provide him with all of the necessary information.

"See you at my place in a bit." I hang up the phone and step out of the elevator while smiling as broadly as I possibly can. I won't have to share Jasper for much longer. I walk out of the building into the bright summer sun, I'll get what is mine even if that means eliminating Rosie. I feel a sense of triumph as I walk out of the building, for I know that Jasper is mine and no one else's. With this newfound sense of power and accomplishment, I stride away with my head held high.
