The bride of Bowser

Chapter 4

Kayla kept walking around the castle to find him until she finally found Bowser at one of his balconies looking out from it, as he looked at his land and she then gulped a little and then started to feel kind of nervous to talk to him about this..."Come on Kayla, you should at least talk to him about this, It's important girl you need to know the truth..." Kayla thought to herself as she walked over and walked out onto the balcony to have her talk with Bowser about this. She gently walked to him from behind and then, she tapped him gently and when Bowser felt her touch him, he then looked over seeing she was standing right behind him "H-Hey um, excuse me Bowser this might be a weird question to ask you but...were you at the party....did...did you hear everything that I said and did....?" Kayla asked him a bit nervous to even look at him in the eye but, she didn't really have a choice cause she wanted to know if Kamek was telling her the truth and then he just simply nodded and he looked at her "I heard and saw everything, what you did...I...I really felt bad for you...and when you went back inside of the castle, I went to where you threw it and to find the ring and when I did, I picked it up for you and kept it just in case" Bowser stated as he looked down at her for a moment and then he looked back out from the balcony. Then, Kayla looks at him for a moment as she held onto her ring "One, it gave you NO right to do that and butt into my personal life and problems....! Two, Forcing people to marry you isn't how to get SOMEONE to love you! Three and most importantly, EVERYONE was SCARED of you cause you treat them so BADLY! I was the only one that TOOK it cause I didn't want ANYONE to deal with YOU!?" Kayla snapped at him and then she stopped as he looked at her and she felt like her feet were glued onto the floor and she started to shake a little but breathed in and out "I made a promise that I'll marry you and I swear that til the day I die" She stated as she walked off the balcony and back inside as he just stood there in silence.

As Kayla walked back inside of the castle and headed into her room and then, she finally shut the door while she was shaking like a leaf, Mostly because, she backed talked to Bowser of all people and she was so upset about him overhearing her...moment on the balcony at the party....she slowly took a few deep breathes and then walked to her bed and then she laid down on the bed and she covered her face with a pillow. Kayla just laid there on the bed and she didn't wan't to really deal with all of this but, now she probably made it three times worse for herself after what she did and said to him.

*Meanwhile with Bowser*

Bowser just stood there on the balcony in silence as he watched Kayla walk back inside of the castle as he rubbed his neck a little bit, feeling like he did something wrong and he just sighs and then, he turns around to look out from the balcony again "she seemed to be quite upset with me...about what I did....is it really that wrong...?" Bowser thought for a moment before shaking his head for a second and then, he sighed and he just rubbed his face for a moment and just stayed out there for a moment. "Maybe, I should try to talk to her about this...no, she would be too upset or mad to talk at this moment...I should just leave her be for right now and then, try to talk to her later...just show she can calm down..." He thought to himself as he then turned away from the balcony and then, he walked back inside the castle and then, he shut the two doors that lead to the balcony. 

*Meanwhile at the Mushroom Kingdom*

At the Mushroom Kingdom and inside the castle, Princess Peach was working in her bedroom, trying to figure out a way how to help Kayla to get out of her situation without Bowser knowing about this "I got to find a way to get her back...I have to..." Peach thought to herself as she kept working on a plan or figure out a plan to help Kayla and to get her back. One of the guards walked inside of her room and then, they looked at her "Princess, you look really tired...you need to rest please...Miss.Kayla would want that" the guard stated to her as she looked over at the guard tiredly "But, I have to help her...she can't marry BOWSER....she..." Princess Peach said tiredly as they walked over and stopped her "Princess, you need to rest...just at least so you can feel a bit better...." The guard said calmly as she then looked at them and she looked down and then, she sighed...they were right....she can't focus or do anything at this state to even try to help her if she could. "....Alright, alright, I'll go get some rest...but, after I do I'm going back to try to figure out a way to help her" Princess peach simply said as she gets up and goes to her bed and lays down "Alright, thank you Princess..." They said calmly as the guard walked out of the room and then, they shut the door behind them so she can try to get some sleep. As she laid there in her bed, she tossed and turned for a bit and then, she looked up at the cieling "please....please be okay Kayla, I promise I'll find a way to get you out of there...somehow..." she thought to herself as she yawned a little and then, she slowly started to get comfy within her covers and she slowly started to close her eyes and then, she drifted off to sleep.
