This is really basic but I adore the trope
Ship: Any (the person to get turned into a child will NOT be romantically or sexually involved until/ unless they are returned to their normal age, but any two teenage-adult aged characters can be together)

During battle, A gets hit with a deaging quirk, turning them into a toddler. Now, B must take care of them. And at first, they hate it. Why should they be in charge of a child? They hate children!
However, as time goes on, they start to really like being around the kid, making them food and playing games. It gave B some sort of.. purpose, almost. But then it comes to B's attendion that A is hurt. And the injuries aren't fresh. Not injuries a child A's age should have, such as the scraped knees of a person who's fallen one too many times on concrete. These were the bruises of someone who's been hurt intentionally. And the more B looks at A, truly sees them as a person, B realizes that they've missed a lot of signs that should have put warning bells in their head.
