The most dangerous Ability User. Using her dangerously loud voice, she sings in a voice that is followed by extreme consequences. Depending on what she sings or what her words are, she can do anything. People can go into a coma, become deaf, or even die at her voice. She can also cause illusions, pain, explosions, and earthquakes with her Ability. If desired, she can bring the dead back to life if she overused her Ability. Doesn't matter if her voice was loud or not, her Ability would activate either way. However, the more she uses her Ability the more she loses control over herself. She often sings in Russian, but also sings in Japanese or English.

Backstory:-
Kate was born with Tourette Syndrome, the reason why she was abandoned by her father, while her mother wanted to keep her regardless, the same with her brother, Fyodor. The father kept her for several years, but he abused her in inhuman and devastating ways. Not to mention that she endured verbal and mental abuse in the process. He later threw her into a bottomless put pit in Russia known as "Misha" where she almost died, but she somehow was saved by unseen figures that pitied her for her age. She was forced out of Misha. Without a destination, she roamed the place, which was extremely poor and polluted.
She found out about her Ability when she sang a lullaby that she used to hear when she was in her mother's womb. While singing, she killed a man who was trying to rape her. Since her voice was too loud, she managed to make his brain explode. That was the first time she ever used her rare Ability. Due to the atmosphere and the pollution, she developed severe lung issues, she also got a huge scar over her left eye out of her losing herself, leaving her blind in that eye.
Ever since her brother, Fyodor, wanted to go ahead with his plan, he decided to take his sister along too. It was hard to find her, considering that she's around 15 years old now. When he did find her, she was in a miserable state. But she immediately hugged him, thankful that he came back to her. However, she later figured out that Fyodor might have plans regarding her as well. If his dream is to become the strongest Ability User, and he'll kill all Ability Users, that must mean that he'll kill her, too. Since she's the strongest one to ever exist.
Physical Appearance:-
Long black hair, tied in a loose, low ponytail. Uneven and messy bangs that almost cover her scarred eye. Her eyes are identical to Fyodor's. Pale skin, scarred almost all over. Her body is small, but she's physically strong. Her bust isn't big nor small. She wears old Victorian clothes. A white shirt with a jabot tie, and long sleeves with ruffles at the end. The skirt is made from expensive black fabric, long and a bit wide.

Personality:-
Psychotic. Almost always grinning mischievously. Just like Fyodor, she's extremely manipulative, never hesitant in blackmailing or threatening others. There are very few exceptions, including someone from the Armed Detective Agency. Kate is lacking the tiniest bit of sympathy, she'd shoot someone without thinking. Somehow, she knows exactly how to say if someone is lying or not. She's calm if she was walking in forests or gardens. A sociopath, and a victim of self-harm previously. Regarding her close ones, she's less evil.
Fun Facts:-
Kate is a member of the Rats and Decay of Angels. She was recently introduced to Nikolai Gogol, who took great interest in her. He was stunned that Fyodor had a sister, because he wouldn't be able to kill him like he intended with the unexpected presence of his sibling. He masked his reactions as much as he can, but Kate noticed it and immediately knew his intentions. However, both of them became friends a little too early. Probably because of the fact that they both lack their sanity.
Kate absolutely loves Sigma. She often sticks to him around the casino, and she would distract him sometimes. She keeps teasing him about the fact that he's technically three years old. She also spoils him with cookies, and acts like a bodyguard to him when he's outside in case someone tried to murder him.
When Dazai was in the Port Mafia, specifically at the age of 18, he met Kate. She acted like a normal lady, when in fact she was trying to convince him to join her brother. They were friends for about two years, full of backstabbing attempts that Dazai almost fell for. Kate managed to meet Chuuya via Dazai, who would ramble about him nonstop. That was a mistake of Dazai to do, because now Kate can manipulate Chuuya as she pleases with her knowledge of his past.
Kate loves children. Despite her gruesome crimes, she still has a soft spot for them. Since she never really had a childhood, she enjoys seeing children laughing with their mothers. She'd go as far as to escort a kid back to his mother, and then act like a nice lady to the mother. She's known in Yokohama to be kind with children, but for some reason, the ones who saw her never saw her actual face.
