The delivery

Fatima: baby my water broke!! Zac: ok calm down, shit are you ok, baby get up on the bed. Take a deep breath we got this. Fatima: baby I am calm. You are freaking out it's ok, I'm ok. Zac: ok what do we do. Fatima: babe run the shower for me I need to shower before we leave. Zac: babe are you sure that's safe?. Fatima: baby listen to me. Run the shower, tell my mom we need her to look after Jace. Our bags are packed and are in the truck. We are fine. I'm not in any real pain. Zac took a few deep breaths and realized Fatima was chill, so he could chill. While in the shower he did what he was told. Fatima's mother is sitting on the couch and Jace is still sleeping. Fatima: babe I'm ready. Zac comes back upstairs and helps Fatima out the shower. She's starting to have some contractions. Fatima: ahhh damn that hurts. Zac: babe breathe. Fatima: I'm good babe just help me put my tights on. Zac helps Fatima get dress and they make their way downstairs. Sonya: it's time baby girl, you got this. You sure you don't want me to come. Fatima: No mom, we talked about this. I just want this to be experienced by Zac and I. After we deliver you can come. Sonya: ok baby I'll be here waiting on your call. Zac: babe bags in the car I have your purse.
Two hours later Fatima is settled in her room. Zac is pacing back and forth. Fatima's contractions have increased significantly and she is struggling. She and Zac agreed to do this naturally. Fatima: babe omg this shit hurts. She yells. Zac: babe I know relax you got this. Fatima: Zac shut up talking about relaxxxxx ahhhhhh 1234. Zac: come on babe 5678 blow. Dr. Nelson walks in. Dr. Nelson: Fatima your doing great let's check you and see how you're progressing. Dr. Nelson checks Fatima's cervix. Dr. Nelson: ok Fatima 7 centimeters, your getting there a few more hours. Fatima and Zac walk around the hospital stopping when Fatima has a contractions. Fatima: babe it hurts so bad. I don't think I can do this. Fatima has tears rolling down her face. Zac: baby you got this, you been doing  this. Zac is rocking her back and forth. They make there way back to the room. Fatima is bent over on the bed. Fatima: 12345 whoosh 💨 678910 ahhhh omg i can't do this. Fatima: babe I need to lay down. Zac helps Fatima back into bed. He's rubbing her legs trying to relax her in any way. Zac: babe keep breathing you got this! Dr Nelson walks in to check Fatima. Dr. Nelson: Fatima when this contraction is over I'm going to check you. Almost there, breathe..... 💨 whooshing. 321 good job. Ok let's see how we doing. Dr. Nelson checks Fatima's cervix and she is now fully dilated. Dr. Nelson ok time for the hard part. It's time to push. Zac you're going to hold Fatima's left leg while nurse Moore holds her right. Fatima when I said go you're going to bare down and push as hard as you can. We are going to be pushing into the contractions ok. Zac: baby you can do this ok. And I'm right here I'm not going anywhere. Dr. Nelson : ok Fatima your about to have a contraction , when it starts your going to push down for a 10 count then breathe. Ok Fatima it's coming in 54321 push. Fatima pushes through the pain down into her chest. Fatima: ahhhhh I can't do this ahhhhh
Dr. Nelson: ok Fatima next one stay in it. Contraction in 54321 push.  Zac: come on baby you got it! Fatima screaming ahhhhhhhhhh.  Dr. Nelson: she has a head full of hair. Come on Fatima 1 big push and her head will be out. Let's go on the next contraction a big solid push in 54321 push. Zac: come on baby push. Fatima:ahhhhh AHHHHHH she's coming I feel it. Dr. Nelson: good good Fatima push her head out. Fatima: omg owwww it hurts. Zac: baby baby I know stop crying you got this. You're about to deliver our babygirl. Dr. Nelson: ok Fatima her heads out stop pushing you wanna look down and see your baby girl. Dr Nelson suctions her mouth and nose. Dr. Nelson: ok Fatima one big push and you will deliver your daughter. Next contraction 54321 push. Fatima: uhhhhhh ahhhhhh zacccccc. Zac: she's here baby you did it, she's here. Dr.Nelson: Fatima great job look at her she's a chunker. Here you go. Fatima couldn't stop crying, she can not believe she just gave birth to a daughter. Zac shed tears of joy as he sees that his little girl is a splitting image of her mother. Just with his nose. Zac: I love you so much baby, you did amazing today baby thank you 🙏🏽. Fatima: baby thank you she's perfect. Nurse Moore took baby Ava to get cleaned up and weighed. Ava Taylor weighed in at 9 pounds and 14 once's and 19 inches long. After getting her footprints they put Ava on Fatima's breast since she wants to exclusively breast feed. Zac: I can't believe we have a daughter. Fatima: me either babe wow. Thank you for this baby I couldn't love you more than I do in this moment.
