Ladybug scouted out the area of the lower section of the museum, but Pharoah was nowhere to be found. She did bump into Carapace, but they'd split up to cover more ground. She'd explained the Chat Noir situation and found he was actually less irritated about it as she was. Carapace trusted that Chat Noir had to have a good reason behind his action and should be forgiven. Ladybug couldn't see it like that.

Plagg was gone for a while, and Ladybug found she was disappointed when he returned. His return meant that Chat Noir was still being a brat who couldn't bother to show up or even put on his ring. Ladybug was furious about that.

"So you mentioned that if Pharaoh gave himself the head of Seth, something bad would happen? Why?" Ladybug asked as she and Plagg were scouting the Louvre for any sign of Pharaoh.

"Seth is... well to put it plainly, he's the god of war, evil, and death."

"Is he real?" Ladybug asked.

"No, no, not at all. But the idea of him is, therefore, if Pharaoh can harness that power, essentially, Seth could be real in that moment," Plagg explained. "He has power over the movement of the earth, general chaos and destruction, eclipse, and whatnot."

"Sounds like he's you," Ladybug remarked.

"No, he's not," Plagg grumbled.

"You know a lot about Egyptian mythology then?"

"I've been alive for practically a million years, what do you expect?" Plagg said.

"Ok well, on a different note, what's going on with Chat?" Ladybug asked. Plagg winced.

"Lets focus on finding Pharaoh."

"Ok, but-"

"THERE YOU ARE!" a dark voice hissed from above. Both Plagg and Ladybug were tackled to the ground by Pharaoh who had the face of Sekhmet. Plagg made no hesitation to swing around and grab the lioness goddess by the throat and switch their positions, pinning Pharaoh to the ground.

"Trust me kid, you don't want to mess with me!" Plagg said sharply. Ladybug found it weird he called him a kid, though, Julil was in fact a very young adult, and most certainly a child on Plagg's grand scale of life.

"You meddle with the power of the gods by even touching me!" Pharaoh roared.

"And you meddle with the power of eternal beings of the universe by opposing me!" Plagg retaliated.

"Sobek! Give me the Nile!" Pharaoh exclaimed. His head was transformed into the head of a golden crocodile. While still pinned by Plagg, he waved his hands upwards and suddenly, water from seemingly nowhere broke through the tiles of the museum floor and forced Plagg away. Pharaoh rose into the air, hands placed openly at his side, controlling the water in the air, forming a halo around his entire body.

"Plagg!" Ladybug shrieked. The water came after her. Even as she used her yoyo to try and escape, it came at her like the water from a fire hydrant, crushing her into the wall of the museum's upper level. Pharaoh returned his attention to Plagg, raising himself higher in the air as he flew over his body. Plagg was barely able to sit himself up when Pharaoh crushed him with the pressure of water again.

"Power of eternal beings, eh?" Pharaoh laughed in amusement. "How cute."

"Plagg!" Ladybug called out, "fight back with your power!"

Listening to her, Plagg carved his way through the water and he too rose into the air, now level with Pharaoh. His gaze was sharp and angry, and he had his lips curled into an angry snarl, revealing the fact that he had very sharp pointed teeth.
