A/N

I literally posted that intermission last night but I managed to actually finish this chapter so LMFAO THAT INTERMISSION WAS ACTUALLY USELESS.

For those of you who had to wait a month for this update, short recap: Ladybug is fighting Troublemaker by herself, Chat was messing with Luka through texts "pretending to be Adrien," they are at a Jagged Stone concert, and idk what else you need to remember.

Anyways enjoy.

Ladybug had been pummeling Troublemaker for a good five minutes now. Apparently, having been a secretary half her life, she had absolutely no fighting skill, let alone instinct. She'd been punching Ladybug earlier, but that's because she'd been letting her. Now that they were brawling, it was clear Ladybug had an overwhelming ability, despite the fact that Troublemaker could, in a sense, phase out of existence for brief moments. She could never time her vanishing with Ladybug's hits, and almost always ended up getting hit right before becoming void of a physical body. This would often send her flying through the floor and she'd have to crawl her way back up to Ladybug, just to get hit again.

However, Troublemaker eventually got focused enough to get a hold of her power. She was syncing her moves with it more easily, resulting in quicker reactions and a new found ability to dodge. Ladybug was almost proud of her. The poor woman deserved at least one win in her life. But unfortunately for her, Ladybug couldn't let that win come now.

Somehow, they'd chased each other into the pit in front of the stage. The place was littered with trash from the concert goers dropping all their things to run, having been the ones in closest proximity to the akuma's fresh arrival. Now that Troublemaker had become more practiced with her power, Ladybug actually began to get worried.

She knew the akuma was in that pen. However, the pen never left Troublemaker's ready hand. When Ladybug reached for it, Troublemaker would become untouchable. Ladybug couldn't sneak up on her either, because the one instinct this woman actually had was to always be aware of her surroundings. And where was Chat Noir?! Ladybug tried to sneak a glance at the messages on her yoyo but by now, Luka had stopped responding to Chat, and Chat was probably busy trying to figure out where the heck this fight was taking place. It may have been a common arena for concerts, but this was Paris. There were probably other concerts and events going on right now in other arenas and stadiums. And Chat Noir didn't know Ladybug was a Jagged Stone fan.

"Where's Chat Noir?" Trouble maker demanded after actually managing to pin Ladybug up against the stage. Ladybug pretended to make a grab for the pen, and Troublemaker instinctively clicked it to make herself untouchable. Ladybug easily just stepped right through her to get away.

"Flaking out on me again! I don't know!" Ladybug said, trying to kick her off.

"No, I think I arrived just in time," said a voice from the stage. Troublemaker didn't even have time to look up before she was getting hit on the head with a bass guitar. Chat Noir cackled in delight.

"Where were you?" Ladybug asked, easily squirming away from Troublemaker now.

"Checking every single concert stadium in Paris," Chat Noir shrugged, "I didn't know you were a Jagged Stone fan, m'lady. And you're so lucky your boyfriend didn't reveal who you were to me, that was close."

"Pah! Yeah! I saw all those texts, what the hell was with that Adrien Agreste excuse!?"

"I picked an outlandish guy that couldn't possibly be me! And it's not like you know Adrien Agreste! He'll take it as a joke, cause it's a joke, and you can easily make up a person to be me under whatever name you have me on your phone."
