Chapter 3 - Moving into Position

"Neon," Mox called out as he left the room with Kira in it.

"Mox, any success at all with Kira?"

"Nope. He keeps on claiming he has 'plot armor' and I won't kill him. But we NEED the info he has - he's a senior adviser, he knows practically everything there is to know about Virgil."

"True," Neon mused. "You need to get the information out of him. I'll go pull up his file, maybe that should help."

"Okay, by the way, any luck with Cunningham?"

"Yes, actually." Neon smiled. "The idiot told me everything in hopes of me tying him back up, which I of course didn't do."

"Why not?" Mox inquired.

"I'm not going to feed into his perverted fantasies. The room is locked, he won't get out. Anyway, he didn't give a lot of information simply because he didn't have a lot of information, but he has revealed what we feared - Virgil knows Daniel is Russian. They're actively searching for him right now, so he can't return back to us. He's basically on the run, and if they catch him, he's dead."

"Damn," Mox cursed. "That's quite the problem. But, to be honest, I think Daniel can survive. He's talented."

"He is, but Virgil has over fifty total people, according to Lucas, searching for him."

"Neon, as long as The Inspector doesn't return, we'll be fine."

Neon frowned. The Inspector, which was the nickname for Ethan Clarke, was the person the Dark Knights feared the most. Aside from being extremely smart and clever, he was the only person in the kingdom who the Dark Knights didn't have a PF (Personal File) on.

And that was quite the problem.

"You're right, Mox. Now then, let's check out Kira's file."

They walked up to the large computer and typed in "Kira Cummings."

After circling for a few seconds, the computer loaded the following information:

Kira, aka Kira Cummings, enjoys coming. His other interests include being Senior Adviser to King Virgil the 69th, being smart, and most importantly, being a weeb.

He has watched over 42000 anime and read over 23000 manga. Some who know him well even report him believing the real world is actually an anime.

Pros: Senior Adviser of King Virgil, has good taste in anime, and is decently smart. He's a true diehard weeb and will kill you if you dare say SAO Part 2 is better than the first part

Cons: Watches TOO MUCH ANIME AND HENTAI

"Well this guy certainly seems like an anime lover," Neon observed.

Mox scratched his chin.

"We can use this. I have a plan for getting the information out of him. Go check on Cunningham," Mox recommended. Neon nodded.

"Sounds good."

As Mox headed off back to Kira, Neon went back to the room Lucas was locked inside of.

She took out her key and opened the door.

She opened the door, walked in, and looked around.

Wait, where was Lucas?
